    If using compressed air to clean a fan don't let the blades spin up as it could induce current back to the control board

    Thanks for this video without any bullshit. So many videos out there are bloated as hell! Items to Improve: Somtime the camera angle is a little bit of and it would be nice to see the parts for a second and show the different angles!

    The 2 identical black screws on the hotend block, what size are they? I've scoured all the internet and I just can't find an answer!!

    One of the screws behind the cooling plate is shorter than the other three. Can you tell me the original position of the shorter screw? Thank you.

      hi and thanks. I just printed the tubes and made the space bigger. I added some bearing wheels and there you go. You find the files on thingiverse somewhere

    Dato che hai presentato entrambi gli hotend (Genius & SW X1) , secondo te e' possibile installare l'hotend della Genius su una SW X1?
    Ho accidentalmetne acquistato quello della Genius, dopo aver cercato di pulire "fai da te" l'originale delle Sidewinder...
    Si...
    Lo so...
    Ho praticamente disintegrato meta' dei componenti...
    Non avevo ancora trovato il tuo canale. Sono andato alla cieca...
    Comunque, secondo te e' possibile installare quello della Genius, o metto mano al portafogli e ne ordino un'altro (magari sta volta quello giusto)?

      sono esattamente gli stessi, cambia solo per la genius pro e la X2 ... X1 e genius montano lo stesso identico estrusore, penso cambi solo la leva per inserire il filamento, ma e' identico

      @@AlessandroIppati Piccola nota.
      L'estrusore e' praticamente uguale, ma la board ha un connettore diverso in quanto supporta BLTouch. Quindi il ribbon cable (giustamente) non ci sarebbe andato (o forse si, ma avrei rischiato di bruciare altre parti della stampante...). Ho risolto rimuovendo la board sull'estruder della Genius sostituendolo con quella della Sidewinder (che fortunatamente ancora funziona). Per adesso, 18 hours into a print, sembra andare. Ora devo solo sostituire il cavo dell'hotbed, che grazie alla guaina vergognosa di fabbrica si e' lacerato e ogni 10 minuti mi da MINTEMP error. Hai qualche suggerimento su dove trovare un replacement e che tipo? (e magari un video dove spieghi come sostituirlo? XD )

      @@AlessandroIppati I don't doubt it does, but it's likely putting unnecessary stress on your heater cartridge and thermistor wiring, may consider flipping it back over :)
