No-no thank you! This video is beautiful to see a blue smoke bandit taking time and pride fully explaining your product, I would/hopefully will take great pride in owning & brapping this lovely engine. Keep up the good work 👍💪
Fantastic Mike 😁..biggest thing that stuck out for me is the passion you have “for the hobby” that gives buyers like me trust in your quality products 👌👌👍👍
When it comes to TAYLOR V1.5 35cc s blade engine is the best engine that can have right now it sends quite a bit of watt Well done Mike soon I'm buying this engine💯💯💯💯💯💯
Gears ⚙️ and Horse 🐎 power 💪 ruin friendships 🤣!! The things people choose to focus on 🤦♂️ well said Mike… thank you for designing these awesome little monsters for us to enjoy this Hobby 🙏👍💪⛽️
I'm dying to see it rip in a test 5ive b! Actually dying to see it in one of my 5ives! Can't wait Mike! Thank you! As far as anodizing??? It's almost blasphemy to put color on that beautiful piece!
Yes now all we need is a race series for this size motor now 30cc is not as popular, I want one to replace my worn out 38cc motor, Mike you keep finding ways of keeping me poor but happy.
Awesome 😎 awesome 😎 information I thought I could tell it could receive a 62mm clutch from the pictures I’ve seen Your the man Mike 👍🏼💪🏼👌🏼 I especially think it’s exquisite that there’s potentially going to be aftermarket bolt on parts for it!!! You knocked this out of the park brother!!!
If the very few companies came together for the "hobby" to make it better as Mike says here and used a standardized dyno test, we the consumer would be able to decide what we wanted to buy based on real comparable numbers. I personally do like to know/hear a hp number
horsepower may be subjective, but the figures taken on the same dyno, all by you, would be a perfect comparison across your line of products... So screw everyone else's numbers and comparisons ...we would love an apples to apples comparison done by you only comparing your products.
Maybe in future, its such a hot potato, we really prefer to let running videos and customer feedback do the talking for us, saves all the stress. If we release numbers, even in Taylor to Taylor comparison, i can bet certain companies will simply "label" numbers a bit higher per cc class and try to appear better haha, been there and got the T shirt elsewhere lol. Thanks again though for the supportive views
Are you planning on doing an in depth video like this 1 on the 40 and or 46? I'm having a hard time making up my mind between 3 engines for my mcd rr5 max pro 35, 40, and 46gt
Hey broski. Great video plenty of information. I'ma buy the 35 cc Taylor for a losi 5t 2.0 what would be the best gearing for speed. Awd it needs more power . What's your ideal for that ??
I know you said you do not want post dyno numbers and you mentioned each dyno is different. But using yours, why not dyno a gt40 vs the new 35 and show Hp and tq to give us an idea of the difference of those two models ? We already know how awesome the 40 is so if you dyno the both of them it will give us an idea of what we can expect better than it can in anyones vehicle . You can give someone the best most powerful engine in the world but if they can’t tune or their rig isn’t perfectly setup , we will never knows it’s potential. I personally would love to see the differences between those two engines . And as for correction factor , you could just show the correction before each pull so we know no one is fudging numbers . Doing it this way eliminates a difference in other dynos and gives an actual reference between the two engines in unbiased manner . Just a thought Mike
Can’t wait want an anodizing color and a billet spark plug protected for losi 5 b don’t think stock plastic head guard is gona work anther ready and waiting👊🙏👍🏽
Well said Mike People stop asking about HP it's overated. It's about performance and reliability. That's what counts. Mike I'm checking my email everyday lol keep up the great work 😃
@@TAYLORRC yep been down the road before. Too me it's all about moving forward with the hobby we all love. That's how progress is done and always be positive know matter what we all make mistakes that's how we learn and make it better. Hats off to you for having the courage to take this hobby above and beyond the next level. Congratulations you deserve it. 👍👍👍
Im afraid not, we are a big power company, our focus is on pushing the boundaries. There are already lots of good 29-30cc tuned engines that are evenly matched to each other. It would ruin the racing if we changed that balance too much. bashing is our preferred market to do what we love. Thankyou though
We havent been focussed too much on rpm but did some tests recently as others asked too, 18460rpm with 1107 and Barracuda pipe on an MCD 4x4 RR5. Pretty happy with that for 31mm stroke.

Whats up. What is the most powerful engine do you recommend for the Baja 5B?
The 71cc Supreme is the most awesome choice for the Baja 5b. But personally i prefer the 50GT, its amazing for the size.

@@TAYLORRC Thanks for the answer. When I am building 3 baja 5b, I just want to use one of the engines you are talking about. I am currently building a 45cc car from Rovan, but the next model must have some exclusive engine.
Down to earth and straight up honest, my favorite kind of business owner!

We are looking forward to see more news about it!
is it a desert buggy ?
Will it's warranty be covered in the UK? 🙊

Agreed, i love a bit of raw perfect machining on show
It's nice to have some modern technology in some small bore engines your right let the engine speak for itself

Killer work mate like always
How much difference in power would be against the g340 signature reed2.
I'm getting mine 2024 can't wait

Would you release whether the ports are cast or open? Or is that exclusive?
What size crank bearings are being used ? And what wrist pin diameter ?
Are you going to offer a Marine engine 🤔?
Hahaha great question. I would be very interested in one myself! ;)

Good morning. So this engine Does fit the Redcat Rampage Mt...?
Yeah a couple of guys have made it work! A little modding of brackets needed but its SO fast!

Hi Mike,
in some race-series the engine-size is limited to 29ccm for the buggy-class.
Did. you plan to make a 29cc engine?

It would ruin the racing if we changed that balance too much. bashing is our preferred market to do what we love. Thankyou though
and which pipe do you recommend for this engine or maybe you want to build your own for it, for example for a Kraken SX5 Cage...?
For the kraken SX5 cage, currently the best option is the Olimat TSK/SX5 pipe. Maybe we will build our own in time.
Hi Mike, can i buy this clutch housing separate and clutch shoe holder as this 64 mm clutch setup to covert from 54mm on 320 motor
Im afraid not, it wont fit any 320s
What kind of rpm’s and will different length connecting rods be available?
We havent been focussed too much on rpm but did some tests recently as others asked too, 18460rpm with 1107 and Barracuda pipe on an MCD 4x4 RR5. Pretty happy with that for 31mm stroke.
