I reckon you will be building out a brand new 79 series landcruiser. You need to bigger towing and gvm capacity to tow your rig with a roof topper.

If you've only got two weeks to build it I'd say it's another dual cab, so you can swap your canopy over to it and keep the roof top tinny. At a guess v6 Ranger mainly due to the power and payload versus the others. Good luck with it regardless!
