Nice to have you on the road again. Your boys will turn into real dinkum Ozzie blokes one day. Unlike a lot of the namby baby one meets nowadays. I recon that you're bringing the up just right. Good on you guys
Its amazing to hear how hard our ancestors had it and the stories surrounding them. Again its amazing how they etched a living out of this red barren land....tough as nails they were! It was great to see your boys having their lil input into your vlogs too.
when yo I said " something you've never seen before" camera pans to nick opening a gate. lol yes they slept under carts but just north of gympie qld. it rained all night and the cart sank under the weight pinning the driver.
Great viewing new van looks good on the dirt on our way to pick the colours for the new Dakar good to see your back having fun stay safe Greg and Jacqui
Right from the start, loved this episode. Finny with the farm animals, I truly hope he becomes a vet or a farmer, he’s definitely got a passion for it. You are all so wonderfully humble, so happy we stumbled upon you a couple of years now. Cheers Marg 💛
I sometimes have a hard time understanding some people but I always seem to get Bigboy and huge, that comes through clear every time. Camper vans need to be fixed from the day you buy them till you sell it. Just part of owning one. Your boys need a puppy to play with. That water retention tank built on the big rock was an awesome idea. Stay safe and healthy.
Probly 24 v system on the truck. And 12 volt jump pack. Why have you got kings shit anyway. 😅😅. Go hard love you guys. How goods Ollie on the bin eating an apple. Gold
Must agree inland WA has so many places to explore and yet nearly everyone sticks to the coast. Winter it is so green and the camping is epic. Glad you went out there and finding a balancing rock on top of these places makes you wonder. Cheers.
On my F350, I have a permanently mounted 20 watt solar panel mounted just above the driver to keep the house battery fully charged for just your moment lol, mine has a built in PWM regulator under it, so good.
I know its a bit late to tell you, but although I haven't got a caravan yet, on the Tow vehicle with the Auxiliary Battery system, I installed a CTEK Dc/Dc charger with MPPT /Smartpass. When the Solar panels have initially charged up aux batteries, then it pulse charges the Starter Battery. Also it will boost up the starter battery from the Aux Batteries when the Starter Battery is flat. 19:25 - You know the saying in caravanning- 'Everything should have two purposes'? Nicks Undies fit the bill!😂
If you're headed back to the WA wheatbelt, I recommend doing a circuit of the playgrounds, specifically Northam to Cunderdin, to Kellerberrin, back down to Quairading then York. They've also got some great aquatic centres at these places, and for accommodation stay at Tammin sports ground ($15 per night for a powered site, plus a key to the toilets and showers) or stay for free at Toapin Weir
While I come from WA I have never done the wheatbelt way loving your journey for me I am sitting on the Menindee lakes taking photos keep up the fantastic vloging ❤
fantastic video guys ,thanks for sharing ..and your new van looks pretty cool so far.. hey Elenya i find with kale the best way to prepare is to use lots of oil..it slides into the bin easier 🤣 safe travels xx
That was such an amazing video. In so many ways ….. loving the different perspectives on this place. So good to see something different on TH-cam 🤩🥳😎 Totally impressed guys …. 🍻🍻😊
So good to see you out in the wheatbelt with the coast just packed during school hols . Maybe a bit hot but no doubt cool nights . Another true Elnick episode , so entertaining . You can just imagine the views when the crops are full especially the canola in August /Sept .there are so many granite rocks in the wheatbelt .
Wow!!! I didn't know of this area. We are yet to travel WA, it's in the planning process and will certainly add this to the list. Thank you for sharing. Well done Finney on getting your 'big boy' wheels, there will be no stopping you now😊 Enjoy your week.
Hey guys my wife and l just love watching you guys ❤ just a suggestion you might like to purchase a itech JS80 3000 amp portable jump starter and back power bank, very powerful will start a 10 litre diesel engine, top quality, our unit has saved our bacon many times they are based in Perth they are currently on special. Take care Mark and Kerrie
You guys make the best TH-cam videos, we love watching you. So glad you are enjoying our state, especially the Wheatbelt way which has so much - including unfortunately the flies…. I am pretty sure the lake you are camped at in the closing is out at Southern Cross. We camp there often on our way to the Aurora Ranges which is a hidden secret in itself. Happy and safe travels. PS. I hope parents are taking notes of the way you bring up your boys. They are going to grow into fine young men who can accomplish anything thanks to you two.
Well guys what a great kid episode and Ollie has become the real little man. Love the new van, if this is your first airbag van we are sure you will love it, we could not believe the difference going from springs to bags. It's about time you got that boat wet again Nick or it'll get dry rot in it ??
Yes first time with airbag suspension and it’s sooooo easy isn’t it 😂 yes I know! We are eager to get her back in the water 🙌 the trips are getting closer and closer (: Thanks for watching 🤠
Very interesting, great episode. We had a unique accommodation business in rainforest where we would get some field mice in the chalets. We would give guests non killing traps and then we would “humanely take care of them” Guests thought they were so cute and would just let them loose outside their chalet door & all the mice would do, would be run back to how they got back in 😂 🙈. Have a great week & great work Finn on the big bike ❤
Something you can do with the jump pack so it always charged set up a alarm on your phone , say every month and a half ,maybe twice on the date you pick so if you miss the first alarm you will hear the second one , plug it in for bit .On my LG phone there is a calendar in my alarm settings ., I use it all the time for reminders . So next time you need to use the jump pack it won’t be dead .
another funny epp u pair 🤣👍we have to put this on our bucket list 👍those kids are learning so many different life skills along the way great the way ur raising your 3 troopers 👍👍👍an nick keep hold ov her great window cleaner 🤣onya elyana🤣nick has she ever scored a 10/10 yet ? shes a goer keep up the great epps safe travels 👍🇦🇺
Thanks for sharing. Another fantastic episode. Loved seeing the boys on the bikes, well done. Elenya, how was your back after carrying Ollie in the carrier?
Another awesome vid guys, its great to see you all having so much fun as a family. We lived in the wheatbelt and goldfields for years and there is sooo much to see and do with no one else around and all free camping , neat country. The golden Heritage Trail is also a great trip to see. Keep it up. We pick up out ute and van in a month or two and will be back out that way for sure 👍
Hi guys, this was a bit different out in the wheat belt. To me it looked very relaxing and a great place for the boys to get tired by riding there bikes and having fun. But the bloody flies all over ya dinner🤬🤬but great in the cooler months with the rains and nice and green. Well Elenya I’m not sure about cooking your bush 🥴 😊it looked a bit extreme to me I’m sure there must be better ways to go about it.mind you what ever tickles your fancy🤣🤣 looking forward to the look around your new van. See you next week take care and thank you guys. Jon 🇦🇺
😂😂😂 Jon! Yes you have to give it a trim and handle it with care 😂 yes the flies over dinner is extreme, we have spent many nights in the van now as they are super annoying 😎 thanks for the support!
If you're ever in innamincka Down By The Creek there is a road with a concrete causeway there are rocks where the water flows over when you sit there you can actually catch little fish by hand and yabbies On The Rocks and the rocks are about baseball size or a bit bigger specially there to stop fish going too far upstream
I feel so ashamed coming from Perth that I haven't even seen these amazing places that you have showcased. Thanks for an awesome vid guys and kidZ. BTW, what was that app you used earlier in the vid?
another great episode, we love watching your travels. Good info on places to travel in our home state. we might try a few when we return to WA, currently been away 8 1/2 months exploring the rest of OZ 🙂
How long did you spend doing the wheatbelt way? I think I said on Facebook that we cut our trip short. Having another watch of this video as we are hoping to stay at Swan Hill next month
Hahaha the flies are shit! We usually have the Dyson in the cab when we travel and suck ‘em up with that if we do a stop and they get in. Same in the van at night aha
Love you guys, such a joy to watch, another awesome episode. What app were you referring to in the early stages of the video. Looked similar to wiki camps.
So much for quality control I would have thought that everything would have to be checked on a van must have been tried and tested before delivery especially an expensive van like yours
I can't wait to explore the wheat belt myself 🔥👌 Yay Finley, but ya gotta keep looking where you're riding 😂 Hope you've recovered from your lock-jaw Elenya after the big girth you're not used to on that snag!!!! 🤣🤣 And I'm with Nick, nobody likes bush on kale 😊 Love the battle with the mouse 🤪🤙 little 💩 got him finally!!!!
Get yourself a can of Bushmans there are two types of Bushmans green can and a creamy one or green lid and red lid both are good they keep all mosquitoes including midges and flies you can spray it on your clothes on your face so the Flies don't annoy you and if you spray some around the edges of the openings such as windows and doors no ants or spiders will enter your van happy travels
You’ve already won the battle with the mouse, but an old fella once told me, after I wouldn’t stop whinging that my traps were broken,to burn the cheese with a lighter a bit or the thing that worked for me was pumpkin seeds jammed on the spike thing, I turned into the great white hunter overnight
Nick - get ur self a Noco gb150 3000a jump pack , Supercheap or bcf 💯🔥👌 . Will jump my truck same as urs no drama let me know n I’ll send u further details to make thing better
It NEVER ceases to amaze me how and why people WHO when buying new equipment fro their lives always, ALWAYS FAIL to read their manuals!!! Especially for their new cars, which are the MOST complicated electronic things ever produced in 2024!!!! It gives me the shits actually. I wish you guys would wear fly nets, it aggravates me watch the flies all over you. If you get the large mesh ones we could still see your faces... You could always light up the bush Tele at night! Excellent episode again this week, It's great to see you shaking down the new van! All the best with it for the coming years!!!
Totally agree (: we couldn’t find our fly nets but eventually found them a ‘ safe spot’ in the new van 😂 yes the flies are super annoying (: Thanks for watching and the support (:
The secret with Kale, is to chop it really fine, it's easier to scrape off your plate into the Bin .
LMAO! Perfect...
This did make me laugh but in saying that is so weird how they can actually taste like chips.
Spot on
Yep 7 out of 700 😂😂
😂😂😂
😂😂😂 so good.
You really are a lovely family and i get soooooo much enjoyment watching your videos.
Thank you so much 😊
Nice to have you on the road again. Your boys will turn into real dinkum Ozzie blokes one day. Unlike a lot of the namby baby one meets nowadays. I recon that you're bringing the up just right. Good on you guys
😂😂 we know what you mean! Haha
It’s so nice to be back on the road again! Especially in the outback (:
Congrats Finny on the big boy bike ride 👏🏼
Thank you so much 🤠
More great laughs from the Elnick crew. Love watching your travels and crazy antics.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you Jason! (:
Its amazing to hear how hard our ancestors had it and the stories surrounding them. Again its amazing how they etched a living out of this red barren land....tough as nails they were!
It was great to see your boys having their lil input into your vlogs too.
We are so incredibly lucky hey! So much has changed over the years (: thank you for watching 🤠
when yo I said " something you've never seen before" camera pans to nick opening a gate. lol
yes they slept under carts but just north of gympie qld. it rained all night and the cart sank under the weight pinning the driver.

It’s depends on each free camp (: sometimes they have a limit (: be sure to do your research (:

What made the truck batteries go flat so quick?
We think it’s the dcdc charger not cutting off with low voltage (: thanks for watching 🙌

Totally agree (: we couldn’t find our fly nets but eventually found them a ‘ safe spot’ in the new van 😂 yes the flies are super annoying (:
Thanks for watching and the support (:
