Merry Christmas Martins, if I like your videos, beyond the technical advice, it's because each time I have the impression of going for a walk with you, of discovering your region, of sharing; this is not limited not purely technical videos, it's human, as you seem to be yourself, thank you.

Roger helped get me back into film after such a long time away. Glad to see him top your recommend list. Apart from Peter and Borut, I'm not yet subscribed to the others. Thanks for sharing them!
I started selling prints this past April after a year of learning and getting comfortable enough with my abilities in the darkroom. At the moment I only have matted 5x7 and 8x10 prints; the square cards are a great idea I'll have to try making this winter.

Just discovered your channel, and wanted to thank you for all the work you put into your videos. -- Now about the tip with the 6x6 scanning mask for the Epson scanner: The negatives do actually fit under the tabs! You just need to wiggle them a bit sideways when pushing them under the tabs. At first it seems to be impossible, but after 20 or so films it gets a bit easier. It is certainly not the most user friendly construction, but it does work.

Thankyou for another very interesting video Martin. Your enthusiasm shines as always. I already subscribe to all but two of those youtubers so will look at those. A lovely idea for making cards/small displays and small is easier to print in the darkroom! I might even make my own Christmas cards next year! My winter project is putting all my favourite arty, not family, photographs into a traditional album going back to 2008 to the present. Merry Christmas Martin to you and your family and a healthy and happily photographic 2023.

Hey Martin, great video again. For the moment it's very rainey here in Belgium and there's not much interesting light, so no weather to take pictures in. But in the week of Newyear we are by the Northsea. Hope to try out some of my camera's there, I recently found a Koni-Omega Rapid in great condition. It's a beast but I am curious about the results. lovely collection! I bought a Kodak brownie, just cause :) I also have a rolleiflex and a Russian 35mm film camera given to me by my father in law. When I took both of them to a repair shop, they told me I can get a good condition one cheaper than the cost of repairing. So I did not repair them but now after watching your video, I think I will get them repaired. Happy Holidays to you and your family!!

Merry Christmas Martin. If you like the baby rollei then you will love the Primo-Jr. It has better features than the rollei with a crank handle instead of knob wind and a f2.8 lens. I love mine and also fixed up a yashica 44 but was out with it the other day. The shutter release is a special adapter which I don't have so had to use the selftimer. I bought from camera hacks website in Italy the device to cut 120 to 127 film size and it works fine.

You have great taste in photographers, I myself love the images that the crazy SFLAB character produces. I also like Morton Hilmer and the other gentlemen however I can't recall his name right off. I believe he's a college prof. I have one question for you and maybe you can help me with it. I have been gifted an old Agfa Ansco something or other (box camera) and I've been told that it takes 620mm film, however I've held up a 120mm spool next to it and the 120's much smaller. Should I purchase some of those 116mm spool adapters for 120/620 film? Or which size adapters should I buy for 120 film? Cheers and keep up the great photography!

Hi Martin, Hope and are well and getting out the a camera now. When you said “clear glass” was this window glass or something fancy like museum glass. It would also appear you are scanning emulsion up with it facing the holders anti newton plastic. If this is correct it’s good you are not getting newton rings from the glass on the more shiny film base side.
