@@JaddamskhoVEVO Yes the instrumental is licensed under CoversPH but the vocal is NOT under CoversPH so it doesn't mean you can revised it on your own and upload it and put "FAIR USE" on the description NO! this is not fair use and we already ask CoversPh to use their music and they approved it, so did you ask permission from the artist about this? If yes then you are safe. If you're not making money then don't use other content to gain more watch hours.
We already message the rightful owner of the cover and since we need to wait for the reply we uploaded the video. Don't worry we will dispute the video under CoversPH and if they approve it, good to go. Your work is under common reuse content so everyone can make revise and can reupload the said video.
