Every adventure whether good or bad is a learning experience. You have learned more than the majority of 18 year olds over the past few years. Keep moving forward. Love ya!
I am swiss and lived my whole life (so far) in this country and it's so refreshing seeing switzerland through the eyes of a traveling 18 year old. Keep it up with those videos Jadyn!💪🏼
This video brought me back to my solo travel adventures in Italy this past summer as a 20 year old. There’s something so exhilarating and freeing and exhausting and wonderful about being on your own! I love the way you captured all of those feelings in this video.
Beautiful! Enjoy this peace 😊 That capture of the trees with the sun beaming through the light fog was just stunning. Your filming and editing is really good.
Quite the change, from blue waters to mountains and snow.. What a gorgeous view with peace and quiet, aint nothing wrong with that! Stay safe, embrace your independence and... Make good choices!
I would love to see the mountains of Switzerland eventually! As you said in the video, there definitely is something magical to seeing something so huge and feeling tiny. Also, I really want to congratulate you as you are one of the very few influencers that I believe are 100% authentic in their videos. Keep up the great work Jadyn!
I love you being so transparent Jadyn! I travelled for a year on my own years ago and your view of what life entails broaden’s so much more when you travel. You learn about yourself and you see how you change, i.e. where you said that you were a city girl and now you don’t like all the noise, shopping, etc. You become street wise when you travel and experience other cultures and food. I am so proud of you and I know your parent’s are too! You go girl!👍😁❤️
Fun video and great photography. Narration from the heart and off the cuff. You like Glory know and admit your youth but fun to watch you learn and figure out things. Even though difficult at times, better to fumble through things rather than being shown. Learn faster and deeper that way. Fine as long as through it, you are not in danger or can harm yourself. Sometimes best to ask for help in those occasions. I am old. Fun to see the world through young folks eyes. Glad you are appreciating the beauty of nature, in this case mountains. Switzerland is among the very best. Keep the vids coming and we/I will watch. Gods speed.
Jadyn, an excellent video. You are a natural at knowing what to film and your narration is well above your age. I applaud you for your desire and choice to head out from the boat on your own. Something tells me, the idea of getting on the boat in the first place was driven by your desire to leave family and do something on your own anyway. You got some nasty comments about lack of commitment. To a certain extent, I agree but not to the point of slamming you. You are a young person finding your way. Keith and Renee didn't give you a courtesy hug. It was meaningful and understanding. In my view, young people your age deserve a pass once in a while. I am thrilled you are enjoying your new adventure. Your story telling of it is fun, cute, and expected. BTW, I am an 80-year-old man who I guess could be your great Grandpa. You make me relive my youth. I will certainly follow your adventures. It is wonderful to see the world through young eyes. Ignore the bad comments and continue on your way. I hope someday, you can reconnect with the Zatara Crew and Glory. You and she seemed to have a great comradery. You came into our lives. Keep us informed. Keep us in yours.
Just remember nose, throat, and nuts not necessarily in that order for self protection. The reason food tastes better is that the country is that that country is not putting poison into the food.
Well filmed and edited video Jaders! Love all the beautiful scenery you chose for this one. You have a knack for this video stuff. Can’t wait to see you after Christmas when we return home. Love you Jadyn MORSE….😊❤
Few tips from someone who back packed the world for 6yrs. Get rid of your suitcase and buy a back pack. It leaves both hands free when moving around. You never have to try and drag it through shops, cafes, train stations etc. never carry large sums of money in a purse or wallet, if you have to, carry a daily amount in your purse/wallet and the rest in a body pouch and only access this in private. You would be amazed at how people watch you. Have fun, be safe.
You’re doing great kiddo!! What a learning experience!! Probably makes you really appreciate everything your mom and dad have done for and poured into you, huh?
some little tip if traveling in Europe or anywhere out of your country: on a European train...buy a long bike lock and lock your suitcase to the luggage shelf above your seat. It's common for nitwits to grab & steal your suitcase while they are leaving the train. while in Europe buy a cell phone SIM card at the airport or in a large city and switch out your sim card for the new one (usually you can ask the cell phone shop to do this for you) this way you can use your email and/or phone. This is cheaper then using your countries sim card. You can buy these sim cards all over the world. Traveling alone is peaceful. When you have others traveling with you they often get moody, demanding & are hard to travel with. Enjoy your alone time Jadyn. 🕊🕊🕊🇨🇭
You got this! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! P.S. I always like the music you select. You've got great taste in music and a good sense what would be best to enhance your videos. Cool!
What a great video. Hate to tell you but you are learning how to "Adult", and doing it all by yourself! What a great time for you and fun to see on this end of the Tube!
Hi Jadyn, what a video! These solo adventures inspires me a lot. PS. an idea for the future: what about making a video about more technical issues embedded in this experience such as how you could afford this and how much did it cost?? :) have fun around the world!!
I love your videos. I live in Switzerland and i can agree on it's beauty. And bye the way i know that you aren't in Switzerland anymore at the moment but if you come to Switzerland again one day i would love to invite you to hike or ski😊 (I'm 16 years old)
I loveeeee your videos, they’re so comforting and i really feel like we’re there with you :)) Also could you tell me where your jewellery is from, it’s so pretty!!
Agree with you about the food - was in Switzerland a number of years ago. However, next time you're in Pennsylvania, try the Amish restaurants. Everything made from scratch including the butter or at least that was my experience. You're back home by now and I'd like to thank you, Jadyn, for all your hard work and creativity in putting these videos together. A Very Merry Christmas to you and your family!! (from Canada)
What a winter wonderland. So beautiful for sure! Be safe out there roaming around. Hope your buddy shows up for the next leg of your adventure! Find you a online butt whipping class to watch just Incase. The main thing is be sure to always watch your surroundings. Definitely be way ahead of your videos coming out. See ya next time have fun!!!!
Switzerland is about the most expensive country within the EU. If you go to Austria you'll get the same beautiful Alps, but should be a lot cheaper. It's fun traveling alone. I've always done it in the times the internet didn't really exist, so no smartphones to google stuff. Lonely Planet was my guide to find backpackers. It will test your skills, but can be very rewarding getting to know totally different cultures. Something you will never forget the rest of your life. Btw, do you know there's a whole 'couch surfing' network in most EU countries? People let you crash on their couches for free. No strings attached. Just as they do with others. A good way to travel cities and keep it very affordable. Besides meeting locals who can point you to interesting things to do or where best to eat.
You're spending your time being 18 the right way. It's not just the world that you're exploring, but yourself. Whatever decision you will later make in life will be better informed because of this time. I see you have the same reflex I've always had when traveling: asking yourself "Could I see myself living here?" There are so many yesses and nos, but you end up with countless options. And choosing to live somewhere for a time doesn't mean you don't get to live elsewhere after. Too many people rigidly follow a path, a very unimaginative path, and never see anything else. Make your spur of the moment decisions. Improvize your life a little. Have some happy little accidents, and even some that aren't so happy, that teach you new life experiences. And I guess you've figured it out, but one of the best things about renting out a place is simply to go to the closest grocery store and just enjoying your time in your temporary home. I'd leave it as clean as it was when I arrived, and I'd leave a handwritten note as well. I love those temporary homes... Merry Christmas, Jadyn! You're doing amazingly well! I love following your travels.
travelled cross country and lived out of airbnb's in cali for a year- made some of these mistakes early, so much easier with a car but some of those middle of nowhere airbnb;s hit different- if ur getting an instant book always read the reviews, it;ll take u like 3 days to get ur money back if you dont like it. youve got the right mindset though, have no fear and wander on
You should be proud of yourself - though you don’t know it (but may suspect it), you’re entering an incredible and undeniably exciting period of Life learning that will serve as a key next chapter in building the foundation that will determine the very nature of your soul! Press on, experience adventures with wild abandon. Live, love, learn. ✌️📿
Lovely vlog!! But I'd be SO interested in watching your airbnb booking process ahah. Did you just flat out go "yeah let's not click on that map function today" xD. Keep the vid coming, you're doing an amazing job!

Dude, you’re in Switzerland, went to Tasis Boarding school, knock on any neighbors door and they’ll be glad to help. it’s three days and you found food as a solo traveler 👏 congrats.
You have to come back and visit Europe in Summertime, i think summer is best time to go and Visit Spain, France, Italy and other country, this is because most of countries look out on mediteranean sea that is very enjoyable unlike ocean you have in US, that is beautiful but very cold also in summertime. Came back in summertime with whole family !!
jadynnnn, what an experience! You’re such a brave person and such a beautiful soul. If you’re still around europe and wanna visit ireland I would love to meet you 🫶🏽

Merry Christmas Jadyn! Enjoy your G&G time in Idaho. Cheers
I’m glad you went to the grocery store, being there with no food would totally ruin my trip !!! Plus I love going to grocery stores in other places.
That looks like a lot of fun
