Where esops are put in balanace sheet. Do they means vested esop or only esops given to employees which might not be vested or will take time to vest. Also what is esop cash and non cash component. How should a beginner investor treat esop component when studying this kind of companies i.e. should esop be treated as 100% expense like employee cost.
Zomato will remain be expensive for the years to come.. Just like titan.. For long term investors, top line growth is most important.. Cz any company which can post 50% or above y-o-y top line growth, profit will have to be visible surely sooner than later..
Sir I don't think it's a good buy , seller wants to get rid of this platform . After charging 35% commission they are not able to.make profit and what more to expect
Last mile delivery is the costliest part of the supply chain. Very difficult to be a profitable company in this business. Customers don't like to pay anything significant as delivery fee. Top line growth is visible but bottom line PAT growth is questionable. I'm not going to invest in this from a long term point of view.
For the long term point of view, we need to see top line growth.. If 50% y-o-y top line growth is visible for the next few quaters, profit will be visible automatically.. For zomato, q3 results will be beyond anyone's expectation.. 70% top line growth for a large cap company is a hell of a lot..
It is a type of VAT that uncle Sam had enforced during the British rule. Since then it is celebrated every year for no good reason. But it is important.
Kya hogaya sirji, aap zomato bol rahe ho ? there is no long term for Zomato and the likes. Why are you basing your advise on a short term peak, this is only because of world cup, Diwali and the festival. Sirji, please come back to your original rational thinking. Thanks.
Hmm.. sorry but I dont agree zomato is good to buy.. I believe both sellers and buyers on Zomato want to get rid of this platform due to thier high pricing and unaffordable scheme to improve customer reach and sales.. the good thing about zomato is reach.. but i believe both of their end customers are looking for better alternative and I think somewhere ONDC may make some good choice and it also have backing of govt then it will be little hard for zomato to crack it down easily.. Down the line 2 or 3 years later I believe Zomato will post hugh loss and will learn some lesson from its pricing harassment
Happy Diwali 🎇 sir Equitas & idfc bank and jio Financial service me long term investment ke aapka View kya hai..? 🔥

Happy dipawali 🎉
I have bought it at 55 and exit 90% holding at 121, this rally is due to diwali and world cup, it may fall after that
We will see, genius!
Problem with fundamental analysis is that by that time you feel stock is good, stock already gave very good return
Still have the same thoughts? You missed the rally.
Thank you gaurav sir
Good marketing
My only doubt is ondc , pls confirm can it be a threat to zomato
It surely can. Very early days
@@InvestYadnyap
@@InvestYadnyaThere is no way Zomato and the likes are profitable. Just because it is now at 120, doesn't mean we should invest.
