- In this video I show the best SteelSeries Sonar Settings for Warzone. These settings will help you hear footsteps better so you know where enemies are coming from. Knowing where other players are can greatly improve your gameplay, allowing you to catch them off guard or make plays around the additional information. Although the Warzone preset is a good option on its own, you can adjust the settings to better improve your Warzone 3 sound settings.
Typically, you will want to lower the mid range frequencies to better isolate the sound of footsteps. You can do this easily in SteelSeries Sonar by slightly reducing the voice setting.
Another setting available in SteelSeries Sonar is spatial audio. Although spatial audio is preferred by many, you may find it’s actually more difficult to tell where sounds are coming from. Instead, you will usually want to turn spatial audio off. However, if you prefer to play Call of Duty Warzon with spatial audio then you will want to set the top slider all the way to performance. This will ensure you get better directional audio, rather than an immersive experience. Additionally, you will want to set the distance to 75. This will give you that typical spatial audio sound, without distorting the audio too much.
To have your SteelSeries Sonar settings work in Warzone you will need to set your speakers/headphones game sound device to the SteelSeries Sonar Gaming audio device. You will find this option in the Warzone audio settings, just under the audio mix setting. Additionally, you will want to set the audio mix setting to either Headphones or PC Speakers. Both options can work great, it will depend on personal preference.
If you want to get the most out of your SteelSeries Sonar settings in Warzone then you will want to turn on loudness equaliztion. This can be done through the sound control panel, which is opened through the sound settings. Once you have turned on loudness equalization you will need to open the settings and move the slider all the way to short. Once applied you will be able to hear footsteps better and have the best Warzone sound settings.

I got the nova pro wireless, juat download the steelseries gg to pc, i play on console how do i get the update onto dac, do i connect the game dac to pc, and plus my headphones into dac also, since its xbox do i plug the side coning off pc to pc on dac, or xbox on dac any help be appreciated
These settings won’t work on console
not working for arctis pro
From where or what’s the digital audio device at playback settings?
That would be my question now, normally it says Steel Series Game and not that one?
Loudness we doesn’t work for my artcis 1
You’re selecting your headset or speakers that you use for Warzone, not the SteelSeries gaming output
but only through this is the sonar equalizer active if you normally want your headphones then the sonar settings are irrelevant because the soundtrack does not run through it
I hear my own footsteps loud asf but my ememies i dont hear
anyone got the arctis prime
Does sonar work on console?
No, only PC
the enhancement menu doesnt exist for me
I had to do it on the default sound device, not the steelseries one. Does that work? If not you can search on YT and find links on how to enable this for specific computer configurations
