Love this show, honestly can't wait for season 3. The entire people around him are honest people who know the industry/area in and out. Really is worth it, you see that he's actually caring for the farmers around him. WATCH IT, don't care if you don't like him lol.
OK...if you have not seen Clarkson's Farm, you really are missing out on a great deal of fun. Even if you HATE Jeremy, there is more than enough material in the show to entertain you. Caleb and Gerald and the rest of the gang are super fun to watch, and no spoilers, but Jeremy is absolutely run through the wringer on a regular basis throughout the show.
I have an aunt and uncle who are successful watermelon and peanut farmers in Alabama who once lost literally everything in a hurricane (including their house), and we have British heritage. This was so interesting on that level, but it was also so educational to people who don't have any idea about how excruciating farming is.
@rukus I actually had a cousin who did the whole thing all the way back, and my granddad or cousin on the other side did like a 23 and me or something. If I had done it, I'd be proud of having done that much historical research on a finished product. Either way, I never put that much weight on that point. In short, "just like you internet trolls can't bait a hook."
Clarkson's Farm keeps reminding me of my mother growing up on her grandparents farm, and the lessons she taught us. The lambing in S1 is unexpectedly moving.
My favorite part of the show is how he obviously owns the farm and employs these guys but they give him so much crap. Mostly he just takes it. Caleb is in his early 20s and Jeremy just takes all of his reaming. 🤣🤣
US here--love this show. Happy to hear that you could not understand a word that the mumbling dude was saying either. Interesting battles between JC and the town council re: zoning for the things he wants to do. Whatever happened though to his little trout pond?--no word of it in Season 2.
One of the best shows ever. I'll never get tired of Clarkson. He's a brilliant entertainer. Side note about the Lamborghini tractor: It's not strange at all as Lamborghini started as a tractor builder until it's owner, Ferruccio, became tired of Ferrari's cheapness and bad reliability and decided to build something better.
After World War II, Lamborghini founded a business making tractors from reconfigured surplus military machines, near Bologna, Italy. He later expanded into other ventures, including manufacturing air-conditioning and heating systems, and grew rich.

It was when Ferruccio Lamborghini bought a Ferrari but was not happy with it and he and Enzio Ferrari started insulting each other. Then Lamborghini decided to show Enzio that he could build a better car even though he was a tractor manufacturer. It then led to it becoming a sports car brand.
As a guy who grew up on a farm and knows a whole lot about different farming industries including Dairy, Fresh produce, Aviary, Wool, Vehicle Maintainance, Driving, etc It is hilarious to see how clueless Clarkson is and by the OB guys talkig, them to lol Having people on tv farming that have zero clue about farming is hilarious, Great Concept, Great Idea. Love It!
Just so you guys know, maybe it's different in the UK but here in the US 1000 acres IS NOT a massive farm. It's very much on the smaller end of what is economically viable for a farming business.
