I think it's beautiful, that you startet an Easter tradition for Alexia and her friends, even if it's not your own tradition. Here in Germany every classmate of her will be excited for Easter and so she can connect to that. Usually there are big bondfires on Easter where a whole village will come together. Maybe there is something like that in your neighborhood and you want to join next year, as a child, this was a highlight for me :)
