i always neglected shoulders during strength and conditioning because i was taught having muscle on the shoulders often causes muscle fatigue as your throwing punches. I’m assuming this isn’t completely true because of this video. Can you guys confirm this?
no that's not true at all unless you train the shoulder muscles to be big and bulky but as long as you just train them to be stronger it will have the opposite affect

In my experience, it’s not true. I grew the shoulder muscle and improved its conditioning simultaneously
