Only thing I’m confused about is why everyone seems confident we’re getting in with 13 conference wins. Only 38% of teams with 13 wins have made regional play so I don’t really feel like 13 wins will get it done. I think they have to sweep ole miss then go win a couple games at the sec tourney.

It’s a good question. It mainly has to do with the strength of the league this year. 13/14 teams have a Top 50 RPI. It adds more value to the wins. Next year 13 might not feel like a lock. But with their metrics it should be this year.

Hey man life on the bubble is about improving your resume however you can. LSU isn’t in a position to turn down the possibility of more Q1 wins. If Xavier can get there the Tigers would gladly take it.
