- I cannot believe how much powder Steamboat had and how little Summit County had. Steamboat was waist deep in spots I was snowboarding through. Also it was so sick to finally find the steep parts of steamboat! The Christmas tree chutes were soooo steep and awesome to snowboard and the powder made it so easy!

Broski, finally! I’ve been telling you to get a good pow day at Steamboat and it’ll reward you with the lightest snow in Colorado. You wouldn’t have made it through those flatter parts with thigh deep powder if it wasn’t for that Steamboat champagne powder!

Too bad y’all didn’t know the Mtn. Should’ve just been riding Pony Express Lift all day. Once you get off the lift you skate straight back into this area called the Golf Course 👍😁❄️❄️ Thats where the best and most snow is. Be careful though because you can get cliffed out and also end up in Fish Creek Falls which is not a part of the resort what so ever but def the best area on the Mtn.
We got 4 feet in 3 days here on mount hood. It’s been wild

How are you liking the Max? Do you find yourself filming in 360 at all? Don't think I've seen any parts of your videos that look like edited 360. (I ask because I just recently got one)
Hopefully Johnathan doesn't mind this but I LOVE the max. I think it's the next step before gopro hopefully creates the ultimate camera.
Being able to switch from hero to 360 is amazing. I did a longer review showing how that works and will be doing tutorials how to edit in 360 soon.

1:11 looks like Gravy or Biscuits off of the Sundown Lift. He rides that over to Morningside, the backside of the mountain till about 8:00. Then, I can't tell what he hits, but I'm guessing one of the chutes down through Flying Z before cutting over to Vortex and dropping down to Stormpeak Express at 8:42. After that, I kinda lost him with all the cutting. Hope that helps, my dude. Steamboat is my stomping grounds. I'll be getting my turns in this February as well!

Hey i live In Missouri and I was wondering how do I get in to snowboarding and how much does it cost
I live in St. Louis really close to our "mountain", Hidden Valley (I worked as a lift operator there for a season). It's having a rough start opening this year (they make their own snow when it's cold enough), but it's a cheap way to start here in Missouri. They have rental equipment for those who don't have their own board or skis.
The conditions here will never be as good as places like Colorado, but one nice things is that Vail Resorts just bought Hidden Valley and are including it in their EPIC pass. So you can ride at other resorts too if you get the season pass. Just don't get discouraged learning and falling on the ice we get here. It makes riding powder in Colorado that much better! Just google Hidden Valley to get their prices. If you end up loving it and want to buy your own gear locally, the Alpine shop is the place to go. They've got lots of options.

Look for the christmas tree area. I think that is what it was called.
The runs they took were the gully, Christmas tree bowl, probably one of the chutes, and North Pole is what I think the hiking one is called
