I NEVER seen and heard of seafood cornbread dressing, and it looks amazing!!! I want to attempt to make this, but is there an alternative to the cream of shrimp? I’m not a fan of canned soup and particularly the “cream of” soups leave my stomach in knots...

Your cornbread is so pretty. I use jiffy mix. Its good, but it always burns on the outside or the bottom when I make it. I'm still a beginner and your videos help a lot, I'm heading to see your sweet cornbread now.

Cream of celery or mushroom will work. Thank you!
Or just boil the shrimp shells with the crab boil for seafood stock. And skip or lessen the chicken stock.

I'm not a fan of that flavor. But, you can definitely use it if you prefer it.

Mr. Chaos Ghost yes just reduce the broth or let it brown a little longer.
Would you recommend starting with about half the broth?
Just add 1/2 cup at a time until you’re satisfied with the texture.
