I am glad you made a video about how much to charge. I charge .30 cents per square foot. Some in my area are charging.8cents .12cents one is at .18cents. One went off saying I was crazy for charging.30 cents. I am pretty sure others are charging .30 cents plus around here also. I honestly couldn’t make it work if I charge less than .30 cents. I have charged .25cents if they are repeated customers with multiple properties to wash together. I hope more start to raise their prices so they can successfully do good. Thanks for taking the time on making this video.
@Kurtspressurewashing I think you are charging way too much brother. $2,100 for half of a days work. I'm in the wrong business. Of course that's just my opinion. I do enjoy the videos. Don't take it personally. It's just an opinion.
Thank you for this! I was using an app and paying monthly just kinda for the same perks. Can I ask you how do you take payments and also how do you charge for siding ?
Ya no need to pay for that, sometimes I do cash from residential homes but I mainly just give them or mail them the bill with tax included. I charge around 20 cents a square foot for siding
Is there a particular reason you charge .35 for driveways and .20 for roof? Seems to me easy ground surface wash with no chem should be .20 and getting up on a roof , getting on a ladder, walking a roof spraying chem which you can get overspray should cost more at the .35.
@@ronaldtucker7293 most of the time I can hit the roof from the ground, I charge more the more chemical I use. I use more chemical for driveways so I charge more. Hope this helps

I appreciate the content of this video.
Awesome video bud. Did you land this job for the amount? Did they question the price?
Thank you so much! We agreed on $2,100. Should take me half a day. Ritzy neighborhood so not too many questions asked
@@kurtspressurewashing dude sweet man!!! Good job.

I have guys giving flat rates of $250 for roofs and $275 for house wash. Cant do it for that and I dont know how they are either.
Where do you live? I can see if your down in Florida or Texas, but up north that’s not realistic
