I think the audio prompts are the ambient noise of the restaurants while they were operational and that’s what draws certain animatronics; they would recognize the sound of their home restaurant which causes them to get aggressive since it reminds them of their demise and ultimate fate.

My salvaging process with Scraptrap/Afton went pretty well on Wednesday right after Molten Freddy. How do the audio prompts function? If the animatronic has moved with you pulling up the paper to document results, then you should try tazing it and once that is done tick Yes. Any movement is just a clear "yes" tick. If the animatronic hasn't moved during certain audio prompt sessions then tick "no" obviously. If you are afraid it may have moved but didn't notice a difference, tick unsure. It is a pretty helpful option.

There is no wrong answer when you document results, you must do it as fast as possible in order to prevent animatronics from moving... if I remember correctly that's the only thing that matters during the salvage game.

it really wasn't a hard concept, you get more money if you completely salvage it. In this minigame, three things can happen. You fail to taser it at the right moment and you get jumpscared -no money, gained, difficulty increased you taser it a bit more than you should have but complete the minigame -significantly less money [it divides every extra tase], difficulty increased you salvage it perfectly, not splurging tases or being jumpscared, -perfect amount of money, difficulty increased money is useful for the game aswell, since buying equipment in the monitor room helps nights, and not salvaging any animatronics gets a bad ending nyways.

If your risk in the tycoon is 2 or above, the game will do a roll and if it lands on the number and animatronic has. When you start the day shift (office), an animatronic or two will be inside. The game won’t tell you. Also if you buy a marked down item. Sometimes an animatronic can hide inside of it. (Scrap trap in Nedd Bear etc.)
I have a good tip for salvaging the animatronics when it reaches its 3rd position or the 2nd position 1st position is when the animatronic is in normal hostile state each time it tilts its head or moves it gets more hostile when it moves again its hostile but if pause the tape and hear clicking [scrapbaby and molten freddy have clicking sounds] and you may hear them once a while once their on their 3rd hostile position lefty has a whirring sound on the 3rd position or 2nd any animatronic may have whirring clicking or heart beating. Scraptrap has a 3rd position and a 2nd position he makes a heart beat noise pause the tape every once a while if you hear it AND SHOCK THE ANIMATRONICS IF YOU HEAR CLICKING HEARBEATS OR WHIRRING for example [scrapbaby hostile sounds = clicking sounds] [molten freddy = also clicking sounds ] [lefty hostile sounds LISTEN FOR WHIRRING ] listen for any clicking heartbeat or whirring. It indicates the animatronics are very hostile and are about to Jumpscare you so use control shock whenever you hear that and make sure to always pause the tape for the clicking whirring or heartbeats

Yeah that means you already have that nights animatronics. If you buy certain items or lefty, then you don't have to scrap them because they're in the resturant.
Your answer doesn't matter. yes/no/unsure all dont matter. the only thing that matters is that you put SOME answer there, and that you survive the salvage. if you get a jumpscare, you get no money. If you tase 4 or more times, you get reduced money.
The answers you write on the paper don't matter. The only thing that matters is that you answer all 5 prompts with something, and that you survive the salvage without a jumpscare. When the paper moves up on the screen, the animatronic has a chance to progress 1 or 2 movement states. After it is on the 2nd movement state, it can jumpscare, which ends the salvage and you get no money. You have to tase it to reset it back to the original movement state, but using tase too much will lower the money you get.
Catastic you wont have that certain animatronic in your pizzaria but you would get the bad ending because you want all of them to be in your pizzaria to get the true ending
I know this is late but when you salvage, when the voice says "document results" pull up the paper then check no. But be quick because if you take to long they will jumpscare you. If they move again wait until he say "document Results" to pull up the paper if they moved check yes if they didn't check no again, if you're unsure then check unsure but don't check unsure too much then they will become unstable. Then keep repeating these steps. :) Only use the shock if they moved 3 times, every animatronic will move 3 times on the 3rd move, if you pull up the paper they will jumpscare you so make sure you shock them ONLY if they move don't use the shock more than 3 times or you money will get deducted. You can also do on their 2nd move but it will cause luck to beat it.

those were all the salvagable animatronics, you only have 3 tases and can beat the minigame with those three each, but you can cheat money into the game anwyays so it dont rly matter

There s 2 choice you want a salvage or not this minigame is optional but is useful more money reward. If choice animatronic throw away in GARBAGE and SALVAGE can SKIP but not give bonus reward

Yes, it happened me recently with springtrap, i war waiting for the final sound and it atacked me in the middle of the sound

There are 3 states of animatronics during the salvage:
1. Neutral (Safe)
2. Attentive (Safe)
3. Hostile (Dangerous) obviously...

Yeah that means you already have that nights animatronics. If you buy certain items or lefty, then you don't have to scrap them because they're in the resturant.

How does this minigame work? How do know whether to put a yes or a no?
Your answer doesn't matter. yes/no/unsure all dont matter. the only thing that matters is that you put SOME answer there, and that you survive the salvage. if you get a jumpscare, you get no money. If you tase 4 or more times, you get reduced money.

The answers you write on the paper don't matter. The only thing that matters is that you answer all 5 prompts with something, and that you survive the salvage without a jumpscare. When the paper moves up on the screen, the animatronic has a chance to progress 1 or 2 movement states. After it is on the 2nd movement state, it can jumpscare, which ends the salvage and you get no money. You have to tase it to reset it back to the original movement state, but using tase too much will lower the money you get.

I wanna know how salvaging an animatronic works. Can someone explain please?
I know this is late but when you salvage, when the voice says "document results" pull up the paper then check no. But be quick because if you take to long they will jumpscare you. If they move again wait until he say "document Results" to pull up the paper if they moved check yes if they didn't check no again, if you're unsure then check unsure but don't check unsure too much then they will become unstable. Then keep repeating these steps. :) Only use the shock if they moved 3 times, every animatronic will move 3 times on the 3rd move, if you pull up the paper they will jumpscare you so make sure you shock them ONLY if they move don't use the shock more than 3 times or you money will get deducted. You can also do on their 2nd move but it will cause luck to beat it.
