Same thing happened to me too. 2TB of data one month, then 3TB.
Can you share the photo of the email? Also how much data did you use, over 500 GB?

6-10 TB? Mostly speedtests. Do you live under a tower? What do you expect

Im good on my phone but my home internet ive almost used a 1tb.. not trying to have beef with verizon
Just don’t use Verizon their service is crap and u don’t get as much bars as either T mobile but I use AT&T but recommend those two tho
