Stockholm is the capital of Sweden. It has the most populous urban area in Sweden as well as in Scandinavia. 1 million people live in the municipality, approximately 1.6 million in the urban area, and 2.4 million in the metropolitan area. The city stretches across fourteen islands where Lake Mälaren flows into the Baltic Sea. Outside the city to the east, and along the coast, is the island chain of the Stockholm archipelago. The area has been settled since the Stone Age, in the 6th millennium BC, and was founded as a city in 1252 by Swedish statesman Birger Jarl. It is also the county seat of Stockholm County.

Fascinating! I guess you must get a lot of people asking you what you are doing! I imagine some people would get very curious when the see someone walking around with a camera or phone, apparently talking to themselves!! Ha ha, anyway, have a safe trip back to Sweden!

There are no “canals” in Dordrecht, but I do not blame you as this is a common mistake from people visiting Dordrecht.

It seems the names Utrecht and Dordrecht isn't related at all - surprising!
Yes there are maybe like 100 towns ending on 'recht'. I looked it up. Drecht or Trecht is a type of water passage nl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/-drecht
In Swedish it basically means "Bäck"

A video from Curaçao, Sint Maarten and St Barths would be a good idea. Beautiful and colourful Dutch and Swedish architecture without the snow, the rain and the cold.
