Poor Ol Cooper has been super close more times than a lot of folks that have been hunting for a while. It will happen for him soon enough. He’s a good kid.
I finally got to hear 3 different birds this morning. First one's this season. I been hunting alot there. Been people there besides me the times i was there. Well today i was the only one there. Turkeys started gobbling. I knew it going to rain later on weather man said. Well they started gobbling good. And the bottom fell out. It rain hard all day. I set there in my truck all day waiting for it to stop. Well it stopped about 20 minutes before dark. They wouldn't gobble going to roost. Plus it turn back off cold again. Calling for rain next 3 days. Thats how my turkey season has been going. Season goes out this Sunday. Then squirrel season comes in. I feel sorry for the squirrels. The ticks are bad here also. Been using the sawyers tick spay. It slows them down. But i still get them off me.
That's tuff buddy! I finished my season and didn't get one! I had fun and got a lot of footage so still going to put out a video! Good luck with everything my friend!
Dang. Was hoping you’d get one. But I’ve been there and know the feeling. It’s all good though. I think next season will be on fire based off all the sign and the way the birds acted across the country.
@@fullfanryangreathouse4278 yea I’ve done that to. Gear gets mixed up you get in a hurry and just go, but that sawyer spray is crazy good. Ticks are bad in pa and I never get one on me any more

Tell your buddy he should spray his gear with permethrin promise you will not get one tick on you. That stuff is amazing.
We do. Just don’t think he sprayed that set he had on.
