Grew up there when the last house was Lucien Ballard's home. One time it was Steve McQueen & Ali McGraw's home. Eventually we talked it, "The Sure Thing" house.
The whole point was barren of homes.
Chad McQueen built the white House to the left as seen in the drone shots.

great location. i am not sure, but i think the house on the left was the formerly home of keith moon in the mid 70s, steve mcqueen was not so far away. ;-9
