bro you can just stay on the hospital screen and spam click where the heal button WILL BE. you don't need to keep closing back out and back in expecting to get lucky with timing it
see, still great content brother. Also, best way to get calmer when you get your city rallied, is to get it rallied. It's like fighting. First time someone hits you it's panic mode, but once you've trained it for a while you have an easier time making good decisions during it.

Launch a rally saves troops , gear and set up your garrisons and open hospital and stay on the heal button don't panic
