You must have strong financial and social ties in your homeland. Your bank statement must be strong without fluctuation. Travel history isn't mandatory. You must give them strong proofs that you will come back to your homeland after your visit.

Yes you can apply for UK visa and your present visas of USA and Germany will be a positive point. You can show a round trip of these countries together. But always keep in mind that u just have sufficient available funds for ur trip.

letter of employment. Electoral services proof address . Sky Bill on my internet.and my savings account. Will that be enough they are coming for 2 months applying for 6 months visa. Do I need tenency agreement or is the document provided above I mentioned is enough
Provide tenancy agreement too. And in visa application they shouldn't mention their stay for 2 months.
