- The holiday season for most people is a fun time of the year filled with parties, celebrations, and social gatherings with family and friends. But for many people, it is a time filled with sadness, self-reflection, loneliness, and anxiety.
I was inspired to cover this song as a means to possibly bring hope and healing to someone’s heart. Especially during this time of year.
There has been a lot of people within my own inner circle this year who have been fighting battles with anxiety, illness, loss and even financial struggles. If you can relate in some way then I hope this songs brings you some peace as well.
I simply pray that in the midst of the pain you find moments of joy. Moments when the pressure on your chest lightens, the knot in your throat eases, anxiety lifts, and hope peeks through.

I have found this song is not only an inspiration but a good reflexion of my life and situation. Play it and my soul springs back up and ready to go again. I've got a new song for my innermost motto. How true the words of this song rings in my life. I have a lil over 17 years sober, but had 20 yrs in and out of sobriety before that. Fighting myself hurt worse than anything another person ever hurt me. Now, I've peace, serenity, and most of all,,, I have HOPE. Thank you for that song.
