Michael, our son, died of brain cancer at the age of 18 in 2011. Before he passed he was partially disabled in a wheelchair. As I would stand him up to walk him to the bathroom he would put his hands on my shoulders as I walked backwards leading him I would tell him, "Look at me Michael, little baby steps son. We'll get there." After he passed I was on my knees weeping one night and I heard my Father say to me," Look at me, son. Little baby steps. I'll get you where you're going." When I heard your song it was like our story written in song. Being a Christian singer/songwriter I know you have been anointed by God to spread this message to a hurting world. Fall of 2010, God opened my eyes to the truth and that there is an all powerful, all knowing God that loves each and every individual, uniquely, distinctly and relentlessly apart from everyone else. This song speaks truth to those who believe there is absolutely no hope. There is a life that you can experience now no matter where you are and God is seeking you out. Turn your eyes to Him. I understand. I lost my sister this past year, and you are right. The pain is excruciating. When you feel the most broken, please turn to the One who can hold you together. Know that Jesus is wrapping His arms around you, and He will not let go. It doesn't take the pain away, but it can make it a little more bearable.

I'm battling my anxiety right now. I felt hopeless these past few days. On my way to work tonight, it rained really hard and I was super wet by the rain. Very unlucky right? I was about to cry again commuting but I pause because there's a lot of people inside the bus. I instead listened to music on shuffle without really absorbing the lyrics and this song played. I realize that it's God's way of reaching me out because honestly spiritually my eyes and ears are closed and cannot hear God's voice anymore. I am really tired and cannot comprehend much of life anymore. It's making no sense. I don't have my purpose. But hearing this broke all of those and somehow I can see some light flickering. I hope I can make it. I really do. Heart strong!!!

I am so sorry. A young woman in my state of New Jersey named Breanna Micciolo just lost her sweet 6 year old son Corey Micciolo. My heart breaks incredibly for her. The boys father murdered him. He lost his 2 year struggle against child abuse. A video surfaced of him abusing 6 yr old Corey after Corey's murder ( apartment complex gym room)which caused the abuser Chris Gregor to be arrested on child neglect. If the video had never surfaced I hate to think of the lack of justice that would have happened. But, that's not enough. When child abuse ends in murder the abuser should get murder charges. It was a brutal video. Everybody believes Corey was abused at every visit in 2 years. Even 24 hours before Corey was murdered the Mom tried to get an emergency custody order. It was denied. Corey was forced to go to his visit Chris even after the dad was made aware of the abuse accusations against him. Child protective services (DCP&P)NJ is a rotten state to live in with custody and protecting innocent children. Corey was Bre's only child. He was her world. She was a single mom for Corey's whole life because Chris wanted her to get an abortion. She filed for child support around 2019 and the NJ courts granted visitation to a man that wanted Corey aborted. We are praying that this September 15, 2021 that court day will be the first time of justice for Corey. We pray Chris Gregor gets murder charges. We do rallies for Corey. We spread his story. Protective services were called so many times in 2 years, over 100 times. All closed cases. Never was a visit taken away from the abuser. We cry and miss Corey Micciolo. He has a support rally on August 28 Saturday at the Barnegat NJ police station at 11 am to 2 pm. It would be amazing if a lot of people held a sign up just for a couple of hours to help a grieving Mom and get justice for sweet Corey. They are peaceful protest that kids, family attend. Today, I felt not enough because of the fact that there are people that laught at me, make fun of the way I behave, walk, how quiet I am, my health problems etc. I was listening to religious songs and ”You're gonna be okay” played. I felt hand touching my head except the fact that I was alone in my room. I also felt something happening in my heart and I believe that it was the Holy Spirit. He filled me with thoughts about how much Lord loves me. He knows every detail of my life but He never mocked me, made fun of me, insulted me. He always want the best for me and every other person He created in love. I couldn't help it and started crying. Thank You God for filling me with love, protecting me from bad things, caring about me and letting me feel Your presence. Praise the Almighty God! 🙏🏻❤️

Me too, I attempted suicide 06.18.2018 and have been released from the hospital and am currently in church ( shout out to Living Word Church in Houma, LA ) but yesterday was the anniversary of my dads death and I didnt have my wife of 28 years and ive been crying all day again with those horrible thoughts. i had you tube in the background and the Holy Spirit moved me to change screens just when she says Hold on.....
I've lost so much over the years. I've buried three precious children, I've lost my health to multiple conditions, and most recently I lost my best friend and husband of 23 years, when he walked away. I've lost my church and my church family. My heart has been shattered over and over. Sometimes I don't know if I can go on any longer. Or if I even want to. I know God cares for me, but I also doubt his love for me. I don't understand why he keeps taking people I love away, but I do know if I can hold on, I will be okay. Because even in my heartache, I know God is faithful in my suffering. 💗

I've been struggling with my porn addiction for a very long time now, and tonight as I hit the lowest point I have ever felt, I had begun to feel unworthy of God's grace and that I was never going to be able to become who God intended me to be, but by the grace of God I clicked on this lyric video by accident. It was all I needed to hear. Each lyric spoke to my broken situation, almost as if God was speaking directly to me. This song gave me the reminder that I needed so desperately, that the fight isn't over yet, that God is always ready to receive us back no matter what, that there is hope, and I'm going to be okay. I'm battling my anxiety right now. I felt hopeless these past few days. On my way to work tonight, it rained really hard and I was super wet by the rain. Very unlucky right? I was about to cry again commuting but I pause because there's a lot of people inside the bus. I instead listened to music on shuffle without really absorbing the lyrics and this song played. I realize that it's God's way of reaching me out because honestly spiritually my eyes and ears are closed and cannot hear God's voice anymore. I am really tired and cannot comprehend much of life anymore. It's making no sense. I don't have my purpose. But hearing this broke all of those and somehow I can see some light flickering. I hope I can make it. I really do. Heart strong!!!

My baby passed away 4 years ago & my other little baby passed 2 years after. This song was and still is my anthem. Incredible what these words can do to help uplift you. I am so sorry. A young woman in my state of New Jersey named Breanna Micciolo just lost her sweet 6 year old son Corey Micciolo. My heart breaks incredibly for her. The boys father murdered him. He lost his 2 year struggle against child abuse. A video surfaced of him abusing 6 yr old Corey after Corey's murder ( apartment complex gym room)which caused the abuser Chris Gregor to be arrested on child neglect. If the video had never surfaced I hate to think of the lack of justice that would have happened. But, that's not enough. When child abuse ends in murder the abuser should get murder charges. It was a brutal video. Everybody believes Corey was abused at every visit in 2 years. Even 24 hours before Corey was murdered the Mom tried to get an emergency custody order. It was denied. Corey was forced to go to his visit Chris even after the dad was made aware of the abuse accusations against him. Child protective services (DCP&P)NJ is a rotten state to live in with custody and protecting innocent children. Corey was Bre's only child. He was her world. She was a single mom for Corey's whole life because Chris wanted her to get an abortion. She filed for child support around 2019 and the NJ courts granted visitation to a man that wanted Corey aborted. We are praying that this September 15, 2021 that court day will be the first time of justice for Corey. We pray Chris Gregor gets murder charges. We do rallies for Corey. We spread his story. Protective services were called so many times in 2 years, over 100 times. All closed cases. Never was a visit taken away from the abuser. We cry and miss Corey Micciolo. He has a support rally on August 28 Saturday at the Barnegat NJ police station at 11 am to 2 pm. It would be amazing if a lot of people held a sign up just for a couple of hours to help a grieving Mom and get justice for sweet Corey. They are peaceful protest that kids, family attend. Today, I felt not enough because of the fact that there are people that laught at me, make fun of the way I behave, walk, how quiet I am, my health problems etc. I was listening to religious songs and ”You're gonna be okay” played. I felt hand touching my head except the fact that I was alone in my room. I also felt something happening in my heart and I believe that it was the Holy Spirit. He filled me with thoughts about how much Lord loves me. He knows every detail of my life but He never mocked me, made fun of me, insulted me. He always want the best for me and every other person He created in love. I couldn't help it and started crying. Thank You God for filling me with love, protecting me from bad things, caring about me and letting me feel Your presence. Praise the Almighty God! 🙏🏻❤️

I've buried three precious children, I've lost my health to multiple conditions, and most recently I lost my best friend and husband of 23 years, when he walked away. I've lost my church and my church family. My heart has been shattered over and over. Sometimes I don't know if I can go on any longer. Or if I even want to. I know God cares for me, but I also doubt his love for me. I don't understand why he keeps taking people I love away, but I do know if I can hold on, I will be okay. Because even in my heartache, I know God is faithful in my suffering. 💗

I've been struggling with my porn addiction for a very long time now, and tonight as I hit the lowest point I have ever felt, I had begun to feel unworthy of God's grace and that I was never going to be able to become who God intended me to be, but by the grace of God I clicked on this lyric video by accident. It was all I needed to hear. Each lyric spoke to my broken situation, almost as if God was speaking directly to me. My daughter passed a week ago and I just been searching for songs to play at her funeral this Saturday but this one definitely spoke to me. I have fallen many times. Been defeated, humiliated, exploited and taken for granted. I have been homeless and broke on 3 different continents and each time God stood by me. He told me in every single situation, "keep walking son, I am with you. Everything will be alright. You may not see it outside, but look within and I will show you". And he always did. Our God is faithful, he has always been and will always be, because that's his nature. Never loose sight of what is happening within despite the challenges outside. We won't give up, and the Devil is defeated.

I hope you manage to hold on. For the past 8 years I have struggled with severe depression and anxiety due to the first 18 years of my life spent being abused. And in my Junior year of highschool I was ready to commit suicide. Life was so so dark and cold and lonely and empty. And I am on my 3rd year of college now, in a very beautiful city doing an exchange in Spain and my faith in Jesus is the center of my life. I never thought I could get here. I never knew I would make it another day in my life. And I feel life again. So if anything is your sign of hope, let it be this song, this comment, this message. Trust it will be worth it to stay here. Even though there are a thousand logical reasons why you think it will never get better, trust. Hope. Despite how ever many times you fail. Hope again and do not let the world convince you otherwise.

Currently, I'm suffering as I deal with loneliness, emptiness, immense sadness, and hopelessness as I fight everyday to keep myself together as I hide what I'm really feeling and thinking. Days tire me and I just want to end it all and just hurt myself so badly. But then, I remember that maybe God has a reason for these feelings and thoughts, and I also realized that God won't give me a challenge that is too hard for me to handle. I think God wants me to not rely on my own abilities and succumb to my thoughts and hopelessness, but wants me to lean onto His strength and power to overcome this. Who knows, maybe this is for me to get ready for the future... Lord, please help me keep it together...

This song literally saved my life. 2 months ago I lost everything to drugs and was homeless. My family didn't know because I was ashamed of telling them. Thought about suicide multiple times. My friend Eric who is a pastor calls me to see if I wanted to work on a home and i said sure. This song came on the radio on the way there. I pulled over and cried. I'm going through such a hard time. I have breakdowns ever day. I heard this song on the radio once and broke down crying. The holy spirit came to me while this song was playing. Today I was upset and turned on the radio two different times when driving. This song came on both times. The power of Jesus is real! He will heal my brokenness.
