Year end update here at LTP

Hi everyone! I just wanted to give a quick update on how things are going at the childcare center. I know I’ve been MIA for a long time, I just needed that time to focus solely on the center and making a go of it. I am happy to say things are going great and I look forward to creating content on my channel once again.

I wonder how you are and how things are going from time to time. I've occasionally gone over to your FB page to see what's up and always get impressed of the ideas you and your staff implement. The activities look so fun and engaging. I'm always happy for you, that you've gotten to fulfill your dream. That's a rare and blessed thing. I'm glad you reactivated your TH-cam channel, so others can refer to your previous how-to videos. They are so valuable to this community. Are you still nursing on the side? Are you finding any changes in enrollment during this difficult economy? I seem to have come to a stagnet time. I'm not filling my last spot, but still am lucky to keep my current enrollment. May God bless your family and childcare center endeavors. 🙏
I'd love an updated tour too, maybe after closing or before opening for the day, or on a weekend, when the children and staff are not present?

You can still be apart of the planning. You can have leadership meetings once a week. Especially since your gifting is creativity, you should still be able to use that a long side the Director. This is still your baby!! Just because there’s a Director doesn’t mean you have to give all the planning.

I agree there are a lot of challenges from scheduling, interviewing and maintaining good teachers that respect you and your business. Promoting and marketing. There’s so much that goes into it. LOL I meant what if you did a target they carry her I see you do dollar tree and other places but I don’t think you’ve done target before it would be cool
