I’m loving the fact you are retracing our steps from 2017, even though we went the opposite direction to you. Bringing back such great memories, thank you 😊 🙏 I think it was Croydon (or Georgetown 🤔) that had the oldest continuously run store in Australia but it burnt down not long after we were there, it was an incredible shop with so much history!
That was a ripper video. It’s what watching a TH-cam adventure is all about. Pity the sd card got wiped but you’re not the first or last to have that happen. And happy 300k on the Cruiser. Mine has 410k on it now and still works like new. And yes, it works for a living like yours. Stay safe 😊
Thanks for sharing another great video. The Savannah Way is so worth visiting and the Leichhardt area is quite special and beautiful. The roads are certainly different to when I was up that way about 25 years ago but I'm looking forward to getting back there one day I hope. Stay safe, healthy and enjoy.🥰

Omg yes how nice was the road from Croydon to Normanton!!! Way better than the Bruce highway!!! Except around Georgetown was the only rough areas. Kinda wish we stopped at the big chimmney now, saw the signs but didnt realise how close it was to highway until we drove past... And the kids are jealous with the number of goannas you saw!!!
After watching this video, it makes me wonder where the water trails from to create the Leichard Falls. The country side there comes across as being flat in all directions with no hills anywhere.
Man I have done that with a card before and lost a heap of drone footage from a trip. It’s soul destroying. Looking forward heading to the Gulf one of the few areas I have not done.
If you use SanDisk SD cards, you can get a free license for recovery software. Provided you don't save any new files to the card, recovery is usually quite good.

Thanks mate, appreciate the support. Cruisers are just made for working! Just done 900kms of dirt over the past week and it hasnt protested at all

We have been wuite fortunate to see so many goannas lately and yeh that chimney place was a good option to stay!

I did hear a local say some of these rivers are underground spring fed so maybe thats it

Not the drone footage! I was thankful i had all that and could salvage the video the best i could. Hope your travelling well guys
