Thank you Chef , i finally found at least one Chef showing how to make mirch ka salan , never found a video before for this amazing dish ..it tastes brilliant with garlic naan..
Maharashtra Mai bhi Mirchi aaise recipe banti hai Mirchi ka panchamrut jo ganpati ke naivaidya mai bhog lagate hai kudal side mai banti hai isme jeggery bhi padati hai
Tamarind helps avoid itching? From my experience it dehydrates the blood and not good for health. It naturally does not agree with me and I used to tell my mom to keep the dhal aside before she added tamarind for sambar... I don't take Tamarind or Vinegar... Instead I use Aamchoor powder or lime to avoid the thirst from the spice.. The sour taste is only for the spit glands to work and avoid thirst... Why not use a healthy one instead... If you eat raw tamarind, you would have noticed it corrodes the gums and dehydrated the tongue... Just sharing something I know... Peanuts: pealing the skin is not enough... This contains high protein and good for health... But it increases the bile in the liver, just as it would in strong or concentrated coffee ... Again over working the glands and organ... To avoid this, there is a small germ seed (kernel) that holds the two parts of the ground nuts... Remove that too... Mom used to tell me to take jaggery after having groundnuts, but this method I found after closely watching squirrels who I used to feed nuts and food... I video taped them eat, and I watched it over and over... They keep turning the nut and then drop that last bit down... It's both to help pollination and to avoid that bile... Bile or liver condition can make one loose weight... But these squirrels were fat. So I knew the secret to it... Remove the germ seed... Following lessons from nature is pretty helpful, they teach life and adaptation better than us... Other products not good or skin especially during eczema are fish (skin contains mercury), brinjal (not egg plant: larger ones) that light purple or green in colour and small in size, has lots of iron or that rusty flavour that can irritate skin and tongue... Few of my cousin are allergic to it, so I know their reaction to skin...
