Well...... things have been very busy the last few weeks! It started with "well it can't hurt to go check it out" to me on the beach in tears.... Let's go tour some fantastic Mid Century Modern homes in the
Pacific NW to see if we can find our dream forever home! Seeing is believing…. We are in west Texas……. I was brought up in Aberdeen, Scotland and the trees and outdoors reminded me of home……I will be visiting them often.

My boyfriend and I are closing on our first home June 25th and you are not wrong; this market is NUTS! We only had 30 minutes to decide on whether we wanted to put in and offer or not and after we decided to go forth with an offer, we were told there were 16 other offers on the table. Absolute meant to be. I'm so happy for you!!! I think that's the thing I dread about looking for another house, the angst and heartbreak, emotional rollercoaster of putting in offers and rejections and going through inspections, only to encounter deal breakers or further complications and delays. Last time we settled and went new build in suburbia because we were so burnt out on our little fixer upper. It's been a boring 7 years. lol
