You are really amazing. I would request if you could explain bit slow that would further help people to understand especially people in Asian continents. Thanks
I have never seen anyone move things around in Excel so quickly - you must be using some keyboard shortcuts to get things to snap in to place. Do you have a video showing these by any chance?
But how do u copy this flow chart to a microsoft report or ppt.I tried converting the flow chart made on excel into a pdf first but its coming broken in two pages seperately. What do i do? I need to prepare it for making a report.what should i do to avoid it?
@@CocoaDivineTV Thankyou. I did find the solution.Screen shot dosent help coz the clarity is a little off. But you can just search how to convert a landscape excel file to pdf, there are plenty of video. That works perfectly fine.
Hello David, i bought from you the 52 PMP template and i am not able to modify the Fishbone Diagram template, although i enabled editing. do you know what might be the cause? many thanks. Guilda.
Good question. Are you using it in Excel, or Google sheets? Feel free to message me on Etsy, I can help you out there and make some small modifications as part of your order if you like 🙂
Your explanation of your what your wanting to achieve but your screen play too quick. I'm having to replay the screen for what is happening in the background.
For a 6 minute video you have already taken up 2 hours of my time trying to follow along. You might be good at excel but you have a LOT to learn about education
@@davidmclachlanproject There aren't enough swimlane flow charts out there, could you do another one helping to better understand how the various arrows flow up & down between lanes?
Hmmm I could possibly - it's not tooooo complex though. Each Lane is a different department or area, if a process (represented by the boxes) is done in that area, then the arrow flows there. The only rule of thumb is the "customer" is usually at the top 🙂
@@davidmclachlanproject Customer can either be internal or external, right? I asked 'cos I want to better understand how to use those different arrows correctly, thanks!
Yes that's it exactly! In most cases it's the end customer but in Lean and Six Sigma a "Customer" is whoever gets the output/benefit of the process, or whoever the process hands off to.
Moving way too fast. Tired of stopping and rewinding trying to see the options you are choosing. Looking for a video by someone who actually slows down so I can follow.
awesome thank you
Wow. That was amazingly easy. Thank u so much for great demo video.
And thank for making it short simple and quick.
A fantastic delivery of the topic in question. Thank you for providing insights in this stage.
I tried along with your video instructions and i am deeply satisfied with how it turned out. Thank you so much for your tutorial.
Excellent quickstart video on process mapping in Excel. Top marks!
For a person that have never created a swim line diagram before this was very helpful 😃
Super! I was looking for the Visio equivalent function and here is the solution! Easy to understand and follow...
Wow, this was so useful to me and so quick. Thank you!
You the man David!!!
Thank you very much David. It was really helpful to me for preparation of a block diagram of a complex network, quite efficietly.
Wow. Thank you.
You, Sir, are amazing.
Thank you so much!!!
Very cool Great job - Hope I can learn how to "speed it up" that fast too! Thanks again for the great information. I will find it useful.
Well done- tbis will save $$$ from unnecessary subscriptions .. way easy to use than Lucid or VIsio as well ... only the features you need
You are really amazing. I would request if you could explain bit slow that would further help people to understand especially people in Asian continents. Thanks
Great stuff. Extremely useful and far easier to use than Visio
You explained things so clearly, it was great! Can you please do some videos on how to make timelines for projects? Thanks

This is a great question - maybe zoom out and screen grab?
I'd love to know if you found a solution to this

Too fast, how do we write inside a shape?
My apologies, either double click the shape, or right-click and select "edit text".

need to slow down, too fast.
You did it so quickly and felt extremely rushed. Not ideal for beginners. Slow Down. Please
