    Big thank you for this video. I've been trying to make a process flow and it feels like you were standing over my shoulder getting your ideas about what not to do. After watching this vid, i went back from scratch and produced a process flow that was concise and showed a clear flow. I was getting too bogged down thinking like a programmer. After watching your vid, I thought like a programmer for dummies haha. Anyway, It really helped me move my post-its around. Now my Code tasks actually seem kinda simple. It actually mirrors a modular approach. I'm new at this position and still learning where existing code resides. This has really given me a laser focus. Going to watch the 2nd vid now.

    Thanks Alec. This was very helpful in me improving the usability and accuracy of my process flow diagrams, and opened my eyes to the other process illustration tools available and when it's best to use them instead. Really appreciate your conciseness and personality/style. Kept me engaged and the content easily understood.
