Interesting because obviously rental prices (inclu. the agency fee) have risen since the end of CO-VID. I currently pay this price (12 mth contract) for a 31 sq m condo in one of the newest units in CBP (better location, nearby amenities = BigC Extra and Central Festival, bars, restaurants, clinics and 7-Eleven, bigger pool, better gym and sauna), and I was paying $223/month when I first moved in nearly 2 yrs. ago. Similar1-bed condos in the units here are advertised for around 10,000 baht (12 month contract) or $278.
