people don’t like spectra and ghoulia hair cause if you boil it in batches for a long time continuously you can develop health problems which is why companies don’t produce it anymore
that only really applies to braiding hair from beauty supply stores that’s made out of kanekalon. but boil washing doll grade kanekalon here and there is fine
so good. i never tried goo gone before. i was always afraid it would be too strong and harm the dolls but i guess not! i have a couple of ghouls with glue that i’ve been trying to treat with baby powder with no luck so i’ll definitely be switching to this method.
What the actual f*ck, dude! That Draculaura bangs... Could it be more perfect? Dude.. youre some kind of doll magician, a freaking good one, I don't think I ever saw even a new doll with such a clean bangs 🥲🥲🥲🔥
“Toxic” or not I’ve been boil washing and even flat ironing all my dolls hair, it being saran, kanekalon, etc… because I ain’t having no dolls on display with hair that isn’t sleek, knot free and/or bump free. I’m still here kicking so…plus I honestly believe that most people, not all, that don’t use boiling water or a straightener on their dolls with kanekalon hair are just scared of destroying their dolls hair since they don’t know how to properly handle it.
I always love when Ghoulia's and Spectra's (Dolls with Full heads of kanekalon) just don't have glue in their heads, it's so refreshing to not have to deal with glue seepage for once
I have several first wave Spectras all made in China. None of them have glue. I also found a very battered School's out Clawdeen recently. No glue either and a very soft head. Unfortunately, the rest of her is not in great shape but she is so pretty, I couldn't leave her there! I have this doll already luckily.
it’s very interesting you think the creeproductions are ugly 😂 I think the creeproduction screening is wayyy nicer than the originals- but nevertheless great video! trying this on my rochelle

Hiiiii where did you get that spray to remove the glue from the doll hair, also I am collecting dolls and restoring them and keeping them for when I have kids ,(I know there are dolls out there that aren't appropriate for kids ) like OMG dolls because of the details if you will ,but I understand that everyone is entitled to there own opinion . Anyway I was wanting to know if it is alright with you if I can have some ,not all and only if it is ok with you ,if I can have some of the monster high dolls for future generations and the dolls will kept safe until then so they don't get damaged just incase you were wondering. So um yea ,have a good rest of your day .
I just got a doll that's CAKED with seeping glue. I just tried removing the head and glue-goning inside, using some tools to move it around and loosen the glue, and just kept rinsing with hot water and squeezing / wiping it out until there were no more giant blobs that resembled snot coming out of the neck hole. I think more just seeped into the hair. Hopefully most of the glue is out of the head now. The hair plugs are in there good still. No problems with the face wiping. But I'd still be careful and not try to keep it on the paint if it gets on there. I just wouldn't bother with trying to treat the hair alone, if it's going to keep seeping out and eventually staining your doll's head, hair and accessories. :/
@@tehrinny7031 At least with the new dolls they don't use this glue anymore... from what I hear. But I hate that for some of the new monster high dolls they use poly 😔
God, your Spectra is so gorgeous! Mine unfortunately has cut hair by her previous owner... And the hair is not as shiny. 🙁 Kinda regret buying her ngl 😁🔫 Do you think goo gone will help with yellowed head? The glue is k*lling my Draculaura 🥲 And thanks for turning off the tap water 😅 So many people waste it in their videos and it's so annoying

is this a permanent solution or can it get all gluey again?
It can leak out agin if it hasn’t finished seeping. You won’t really know if it a permanent solution until it does or doesn’t seep again.

i heard acne spot treatment cream works good for stains on dolls! just make sure it has a high percentage of hydrogen peroxide
