This channel has got to be the best metal detecting show in TH-cam history. The QH crew are amazing. You all are killin it out there. Thanks for bringing us along and sharing a bit of lost history with us. Thanks for all you do. Keep on diggin !
Camaraderie is a feeling of trust and friendship among a group of people who have usually known each other for a long time or gone through some kind of experience together. You and the rest of your group are the perfect example of this ya'll have fun with a detecting hunt thrown in for filler stay true to your friends hard to find those these days
Everyone scored some great finds but man, Charlie killed it- Congrats!! The fireman button is as unique an item as I've ever seen found- very cool. Your tease for next week's episode is approaching the professional level- can hardly wait!
Charlie's fire button is one of the coolest things I've seen dug in quite a while. This field has been insane! I would never want to hunt anywhere else. At least for a year or so. ;)
Well…here’s the thing…I have chronic Lyme disease which causes a LOT of joint pain so I can’t hold a detector for more than a few minutes. For now I have to be happy just being there & surface hunting!
So many great finds there. Charlie your on fire. Love the Fireman's Button Congrats. Matt The Barrel Key I love it. Rich the 1914 Medallion is very Cool. Jason Doug and the rest of the team Congrats on all the Coppers and Buttons. Take Care
What an incredible day, especially for Charlie! I'm so glad you identified that button as a Fireman button. I found one with a similar design without the word "fire" on it and spent hours trying to figure out what kind of button it was.
The Fireman on the button looks like he takes fire to peoples houses for light their fires. He is carrying fire in a small bucket on a stick. A bit like the old 'Lamp Lighters' in England. Great finds, see you on Thursday!
Absolutely amazing finds! That location is only missing one thing...me being there with you all 🤣 That button Charlie found is absolutely ridiculously wicked awesome!!
Charlie seems to be liking the Legend!! You need to ask him about it on the next video! I found a firemen’s button in Oklahoma. I’ll IM you a picture of it.
He great job! I would like to take a trip to the eastern side of our great country. I am in N. California. I think it would be a thrill to fly out with my detector on a detecting trip to some old ground. Something we just don't have here. I will need to make a connection with some detectorist to help put the trip locations together. Would be great to come out for a week and give it a try on some way different targets. 😊
Harry, I told Jason the very same thing. I won’t tell you the story, but I experienced a situation years ago and was told the same thing. However, Jason and I looked it up and now, according to the dictionary, it is a word and is an acceptable replacement to regardless.
Great hunt very awesome finds I have a couple questions what type of bag does Rich use and what mode to yas run on your Legends God Bless and happy dirt fishin…Virgil
I've dug over 20 large cents here in Michigan with over half from homestead sites in farm fields and the oldest being 1822. All mine are at least a grade of good with discernible features and dates. What is happening to eastern coins? Harsh soil?
Some fields around here the coppers will come out great but other fields they’ll be super corroded. Depends on the soil conditions, water drainage, and if fertilizer has been used for the last 100 years.
I cleaned it up and spun it every which way and got nothing. I thought I saw William & Mary at one point ,but we all know how that goes .there one minute gone the next😉
God I wish I lived closer to y'all, don't know if I'd get an invite to hunt with y'all but being close to vall would up my odds, lol😂😂😂, ANOTHER AWESOME SHOW GUYS AND GALS, GREAT FINDS
How do you clean all these items after you get home with them ? You can’t soak them in water can you ? Unfortunately I can’t see your live tomorrow I am working at the hospital .can you explain how you clean these wonderful coins or other items after you arrive home ? Any input would be great from anyone . Thank you all in advance quarter hoarder family ❤️❤️🌻🌻🌹🌻
Large copper coins are my favorite. Im cheap. Ill actually take copper over silver. Lol. I have a large collection of those copper rounds. Its a beautiful metal when its new......or when it greens in the ground. Ill take large copper coins in the ground any day.
It's not a trump it,if you look really close , it's his gun laying on the hunters shoulder, about a quarter of the gun is sticking past his head, the barrel is sticking out the back of the hunters neck, not a trumpet

10th like, good afternoon, quarter hoarder.

Ooh, fun
Field of dreams 😊

Could Matt's copper be a William & Mary?

What ultrasonic cleaner do you use?

Jason. Your show is a show about somethings.
Old fair grounds or what? What made you pick that field?
Origional settler cabin or trade site from mid 1600s. But Doug origionally picked it because huge fields and current house is 1850s
You are very lucky falling onto such a site! Here in Illinois we are lucky to get on an early 1800s site. @@RichVanWinkle37
The town, less than a mile away, was settled in the mid 1600’s by Quakers. They’ve farmed that land for over 300+ years.
The fire thing. Are you sure it wasn't a promotion for local men, who sold hot burning coals to those whose, fire had gone out?
How do you clean all these items after you get home with them ? You can’t soak them in water can you ? Jason, do you ever try short periods of electrolysis on YOUR slick coppers? I mean if it's unidentifiable, what the heck?
