🥣🥣🥣 Ingredients:
chicken thigh
A glass of Greek yogurt
Three cloves of garlic
Two spoons of mustard sauce
Tomatoes four to medium onions
salt and pepper
We cut the thighs into several slices, then we put salt and pepper on them and fry them in a pan with oil on a medium heat.
Then chop the onions
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces
We pour a glass of Greek yogurt in a bowl and add two spoons of mustard sauce to it, then transfer the tomatoes, garlic and onion with the yogurt bowl, add salt and pepper and mix and fry the thighs until both sides are completely fried, then add the prepared ingredients to the fish. We pour the pan and close it for ten minutes, then turn the thighs over so that the other side cooks, leave the lid of the dish, and for ten minutes, after that, we transfer the thighs to a serving dish. Drink.
