Don’t get stuck inside, the outdoors is the best thing you can give to yourself as new parents, and new babies definitely need fresh air.
I just got to the part Ryan wanted to. This would be so good for their mental health & immune system. Plus it's something Ryan is really dreaming about. I think it's such a great idea. Like their lil tradition ❤
That will come- it took me awhile to get myself, my baby and my dog out the door when I first had her. I can’t imagine what two would be like. They’ll get there 😊

Everyone parents different as long as they all are healthy and happy that's all that matters not how they parent or how often they go outside lol
@@jocelynearndt1094 they are not even close to parenting. At this stage it’s surviving, and going outdoors is necessary.
😂😂😂 as a 43 year old Mama with a teenage Son, I find so much amusement in watching 1st time parents learn and spiral. It's adorable. Just remember that truly BAD parents don't WORRY if they're doing things right or safe. Y'all are slaying! ❤

THIS! everyone told me when I had my son that just the fact that I was worried if I was doing good enough meant that I was.
I have a 3 year old son and I didn't sleep for days because I was like is he breathing when we came home😂
@mydigitalexperience4266 I literally took a long deep breath and sigh of relief on my Son's 1st Birthday and thought "omg thankfully he lived the 1st year and SIDs didn't take him from me". I was absolutely insanely worried when he was a baby. LoL
“Learn and spiral” I just gave birth to my son on 12/15 and this made me laugh🤣
We aren't bored. We loved every minute of the vlog. Thank you, guys, for allowing us into your family .

You can tell how in love and grateful they are for Jet and Max because even though I'm sure they're exhausted, they're not complaining. They're just excited to learn more
pro tip for cinnamon rolls is to bake them in a circle cake pan so they’re snug and cooked thoroughly without burning the bottom and super fluffy, best to line it w butter by taking a stick and rubbing it around. Also, always always go under the time they recommend by 2-3 minutes, the rolls will continue cooking in the hot pan when removed from the oven 🫶🏼 hope this helps the tradition stay alive

My daughter is almost 2, she loves babies. Every time you show Jet and Max, she leaps up and down shouting "baby! Baby! Baby!" 😍
I’m literally laughing when Ryland & Shane are discussing about taking the babies on a walk 😂. I enjoying and loving all the baby vlogs and parenting talk. I am all here for it… I can’t wait to see them throughout the entire parenting journey. I am so happy for them. I literally die waiting so impatiently for the next vlog to be posted on TH-cam.

Yes... this was a great update.. we didn't need any staged fun. Though that stuff always makes me laugh... this vid was so wonderful.. just seeing you embracing all the new dad stuff things that is normal to experience. It gave me all the feels and it's so dang cute seeing all the changes happening to you both and the new journey you are both on now. I loved it!! The gifts were all so awesome.. the pets so cute.. and the twins are the best part. Sooooooo adorable!!! Cheers to you sweet daddies!!! 🥰

It’s great for babies. My fiancée would put our son to sleep in his chest while he plays games with his friends online and now our son sleeps through his dad screams
I'm a solo mama and was the exact same way as Shane. Super protective over my daughter, not wanting to go out, watching hours of videos online over everything. Everything will be okay and that level of care and concern shows you're doing a good job! If you're worried about being a good parent, you're a good parent. I do wish I went out more with her as an infant though so she could've gotten used to car seat better and I could have socialized more. I recommended going on walks and going out for a drive to get a cofffee, you'll look back and be glad you did!
This was the sweetest, happiest, and comical vlog of you guys because I as a mom can so relate to the lack of sleep and hygiene and learning curves that come with being a new parent. Such a beautiful family and thank you for letting us all in ️

@@carolynparsons5066yes absolutely, they don’t have to deal with postpartum depression and just postpartum in general. Plus they rylands mom helping. So yes, she shouldn’t compare her natural birth with their surrogacy. Both are hard but one is much harder😂
Give yourself a break ! You also carried and gave birth to your babies and that
has a big bearing on your energy level momma❤ The hormones going crazy after birth is just exhausting all by itself then add your body trying to recover from caring your twins for 9 months. Nope no one is kicking your booty or are they trying. Congrats on your babies and making it to this point Momma.
exactly what everyone has said! You made two whole humans, birthed them and are now taking care of them, while dealing with recovering from all of that. You are doing just as amazing of a job I just know it. So give yourself a little grace and make sure that you know that you are doing an amazing job mama.
Of course you couldn’t! Because you birthed those babies and your body was healing! And they also have a lot of help too.
I’m so so so excited for this chapter in y’all’s lives truly SO excited! I’ve grown up with Shane since the very very very old TH-cam days and I am 30 this year. I’m loving this content so much never feel it is boring it’s so great.
As a mother with crippling anxiety, we are the most gentle with our babies bc we’re scared they’re gonna break 😅 you guys are doing great. Happy parents, happy baby! & you have a great support system behind you! Worrying if you’re doing your best is the first sign of great parenting. Bad parents wouldn’t think about that. 💖 so happy to go experience this with you!
Every first time parent has those worries and anxieties. It just means you’re a good parent who’s learning and cares deeply for his child ❤ I went through it with my first, by the time by second child was born I knew I was a pro. Now I’m pregnant with TWINS for my third pregnancy and soothing and burping them is what I’m least worried about.
I remember watching Shane when I was 10 (I’m 18 now) to escape my childhood and wishing that he was my dad , so happy to see you guys evolve into parents! Love you guys! ❤
Shenaynay was really there for all those who didn't have as kind and wonderful parents that Shane and Ryland are. I got the best parents in the world and still Shane would help me through the dark times. 💙💙💙

I have never seen them happier. They have grown so much and are just the perfect dads you can just tell with how careful they are and how eager they are to learn! It always made me pissed when someone said “they’re not gonna be good dads” or they don’t deserve it. They are literally the best fathers and humans ❤️ LOVE YOU!!

Love seeing everyone settling in and having fun!! BTW, make sure you box up the important outfits (first Christmas, coming home etc) and any special shirts they get as they grow (band, jerseys, camp etc) and they all go into a quilt for them to have as adults!

Tips for the pups, always reward them around the babies. Lots of scratches and treats when they are being good. Try not to shoo them away when they are interested. ❤️❤️❤

I work at a preschool and we have an infant wing where I’ve helped out a good amount of time at this point. I had all the same fears about shaking them to fast, holding them wrong, burping them too hard, ect. I was so scared because they are so fragile! After asking a million questions and watching the infant teachers and how effortless they make it seem I really quickly got the hang of it and realized yes they are fragile but they aren’t as fragile and scary as you’d think. 😂 they will be totally fine when you burp them and rock them ❤️ they also grow up SO fast. The infant phase flies by and as soon as they start crawling you’ll feel so much better. You guys are great ❤️ enjoy this phase because I can tell you it really will fly by!
