Indeed. Leaks and mold should be take seriously. I studied at moldy school for years as young. Now I'm super sensitive for mold and dust etc, and it is hard to find apartment where I don't get a very sick. So I'm happy that handyman noticed the leak and the apartment is safe for young ones. 💙💙

Yes I agree. Thank god he's so intuitive and thorough. The fact that he had the loyalty to really check his suspicion means Ryland and Shane have a keeper on their hands. Hold on to that handyman tight guys.
Thank God for wanting to do that paneling! If they didn’t they would have never discovered the leak!

Hmm. I was just thinking has the plumbing been used in the adjacent bathroom while Shane and Ryland have been away? Can pipes being left for longer periods of time develop problems? I know they can get a strong pipe smell.
To have that room change as your lives change is amazing. Ryland, you have a knack for decorating and arranging a space! It's so cute.

I love watching the excitement while you go into full nesting mode. Ryland you are so talented, you really need a separate TH-cam channel for your interior decorator skills! Can I just say as a mother myself I’m so impressed with Rylands knowledge, preparedness and organization of these baby items. Good job! Those are some lucky babies 🖤

Amen. As a small child, I had my brother's 5 foot dresser fall forward onto me while trying to climb for fun. Luckily, I felt no pain and wasn't hurt. I just couldn't get out, so I had to yell for help and my dad picked it back up, off of me.

I am LOVING Ryland and Shane’s Dad era❤❤❤thank God the contractor found the mold because the babies and you and Shane could have gotten extremely sick from the mold. I know that it was a nightmare but honestly it’s better that you found it. The faces you both made when you thought you woke the boys up 😂😂😂absolute parent face 😂😂
One advice I can give to you. Being a mother of 2. Don't be quiet when they sleep. Make as much noise as you can. So they won't wake up on every little noise you guys or the fur babies make.

i just pictured something so sweet. i had a thought like what if in 20 years Jet and Max grow up and you and Shane retire, but we get to see the dynamic of the family through Jet or Max’s vlogs… that would be so cool, i would cry so hard
I've always noticed that Ryland is a MAJOR handyman, the man of the house. And it just hit me, duh, HIS DAD, BRUCE, IS SUCH A MANS MAN HANDYMAN & JACK OF ALL TRADES!! He grew up watching & probably helping Bruce repair & build things. That's awesome & the boys will do the same.💕

My favorite parts of the nursery are the lighting and the storage. I have a 60 year old tiny beach town house and have barely any storage or wired lighting so that's what I appreciate the most! Those sconces are wonderful, no lamp cords for babies to mess with. Very smart! Thanks for posting, guys!

The nursery is the cutest thing! It’s so fun to have your vision come to life. Adding all the collectibles and keepsakes for them to treasure. I wanted my nursery to be a serene space for calm for me and baby. It’s the best when you achieve that!

Tip for when you guys move back to Colorado. During winter jogging stroller works great! I live in Canada and loved my jogging stroller during the winter time. Was easier to push through the snow.

I have watched Shane and Ryland grow as a couple and individuals. Seeing how happy they are and how grounded they are. The babies have brought them closer and I love seeing the love ❤❤
I use doggy pee pads for changing my kid too. I get way more for a cheaper price. Plus they are just going to make a mess on them so I don’t need expensive ones from the baby section 😊
I love how excited Ryland was to show off the beautiful nursery (It truly is beautiful and set up so well!) and how Shane is the nervous one the whole time listening for the boys 😂 I get it, as a mom of 4. As I’ve said time and time again try not to live your lives less quite when the boys are sleeping or you will set yourself up for disaster as they get older and need it perfectly quite to be able to sleep. My girls was a fail at that my boys (younger 5&3) can sleep while I vacuum in the next room lol makes live so much easier!!! You’ll thank me later if you try to switch it up a bit now.

I can't say it enough. Start making noise around those babies now whilst they sleep or you will end up with horrendously light sleepers. You want to teach them now to sleep through it. When they sleep hoover round their Cot talk loudly etc Being really quiet whilst they sleep is the worse thing u can do ! A tip i wish someone told me the first time round 😂
