Je viens de decouvrir ce papier noir velvet. Magnifique, un régal ! Merci Jason pour ta chaîne même si je ne comprends pas tout. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sous titre en français
I was looking for a while for great black paper to work on with panpastel and pastel pencils. Tried many, even painted pastelmat, but was never satisfied..until I came across Canson mi teintes touch ..Oh Lord..what a wonderful beautiful dark black paper. Perfect weight, easy to correct mistakes and a good grip. Don't mistake this paper with the classic Mi teintes, that's very thin, has a honeycomb pattern and can crease easily.
@@wildlifeartjm I know and the touch is amazing too! 😉 Canson has great paper thank you for showing the velvet one and your positive experience with it.
Some dogs don’t have the double coat, or two layers you’re referring to, so their fur is actually called hair. That’s usually the ones that you have to have trimmed or they’ll keep growing. Poodles etc. That means the coat is less “layery” to draw. Either way, another great video from Jason.

Jason do you ever use 2000 or 3000 grit sand paper for pastel and could you use a smaller grit like 400 or higher
no I only use pastelmat or Canson Velvet
Actually fur has two layers, a wooly underfur and longer guard hairs, which form the patterning of the animal.
Thousands of tiny hairs create fur depth, that's what I am referring too 👍
