I guess it lost relevance, and that's why it is slowly disappearing elsewhere in Teso, except Usuk. We can "aipoporiaun"/"akipoporiaun" (resuscitate) parts of culture that are beneficial but are dying. One of the dudes who spoke, said that, a person gets healed by consuming raw animal blood. Wow! with that kind of mindset, we have along way to go to modernize "einono".
