Tillman and Springer are good additions, they didn't have a defensive interior or perimeter player off the bench (other than Horford but he's used more like a 6th starter). They have Pritchard and Hauser but those guys are both offensive players (though Hauser is a mid defender with decent size and good positional awareness). Just having them in the back pocket for certain matchups will help a lot.
