If you can put a 20mm straps on it even though it's 18mm. It's unisex by today's standards, but back in the day men's watches were even smaller than the Cartier Tank.

i think a good heuristic to know if the watch will fit is the strap width. anything under 18mm is a red flag, probably best 20mm

Seiko Tank is sold in two sizes, S and M. You should try the larger one.
