I think this was around the time that Christi had chloe teaching some of the routines of the show to people without abby’s permission, hence the genuine resentment she has towards chloe for the rest of the show. Because let’s be real chloe danced beautifully in this solo, placed 3rd, and received a special judges award so it can’t have been too much of a “hot mess” 🤷♀️

Abby has been talking to Christi about Chloe’s lack of flexibility and lack of acro tricks for years.
Something is wrong with Abby, Chloe was perfect than ever. I think she deserves more and basically would be a great teacher.
It’s probably the producers that swish the clips up or something well I hope
she was a bit abrupt with some of her moves. And that can come from lack of flexibility not letting her complete the final stage

It's juniors. In juniors and minis just do as many tricks as you can looking as spectacular as you can and you'll win because most little girls can't do the things you can. Judging become a bit different when you hit preteens

It's crazy to me when people say Chloe shows no emotion in her solos. If you watch this piece you can clearly see the emotion and it doesn't look over the top or extra. It's very natural.

It’s just how they edited it. You can make sound carry to other clips to make it seem like it happened at the same time as a previous clip
For once Christi had a point to fight back.
For Abby to point out flexibility it clearly would of not just been on the day otherwise she would ask if she was hurting (due to pain might be reason she wouldn't be happy to move as far.
Christi was right that the studio should be helping her in classes to get the flexibility. And if they wanted her to do extra at home; give her a worksheet of excersize to do and give it to either Chloe or her Mum and just explain it to her Mum so she can support her.
Flexibility won't come quickly over night. We all know that and so does Abby. So Abby should of picked it up before and started to bring that up in classes. Or she should of pulled Chloe and Christi outside the room to talk privately to give Chloe something to work on but not in front of all her friends.

I actually think Chloe was beautiful in her dance. She was really showing her emotions and it was so heartwarming. I think she should’ve won but I’m glad she got the special award. Abby choreographed half of her number 30 minutes before they left for the competition and you couldn’t tell by her dancing. Abby should’ve said Chloe was awful because she got second place she was the 2nd best and if Sofia wasn’t there she would’ve won! She even got a special award. I agree with Christi, Sophia isn’t her student she just took her from another studio and put her name of Sophia’s back

Aww Holly was so caring when they talked about Abby choreographing Chloe's solo 30 minutes before they got on the bus 😭 and Melissa being anxious about Chloe was really heartwarming too. Say what you want about Melissa and the OG moms, but they cared for each other's kids and that's honestly one of the best parts of the show (when the moms genuinely look out for the kids)

gracie It actually does. Different types of bodies can make certain moves and costumes look even better. Long legs are a blessing in the dance world because they look beautiful while doing turns, extensions, and acro tricks.

And she has the technique and puts the emotion in her dance to match her legs. If she didn’t have those two then it’d be very noticeable when she messes up
She has beautiful technique and executes the moves flawlessly. She has pure emotion and is raw on stage. Looks never define if you’re good or not, but her long legs DEFINITELY help with her gorgeous lines. It’s always good to have long longs in certain businesses.

Okay, two things-
1. Chloe was PHENOMENAL. My mother taught dance in Arizona where we live for about 29 years, and so I went to a LOT of competitions that were REALLY similar to this- and I haven't seen someone as physically gifted and visibly emotional as Chloe in a LONG time. She's incredibly talented.
2. I get that Sophia was the new "it" girl this season, but it's weird to see Abby not FAWNING over Maddie like she usually does.
If you have any questions about what competitions like this are like and just how this world is feel free to ask, I've been involved with my mom for a long time and people in these comment sections seem to like it when I tell them about my experiences :)

Emma Louise Sophias was not boring ONE bit. And she was probably the only one at that competition that could do 54 turns because she broke a world record. Chloe's solos are always boring old lyrical and ballet. The judges are always looking for new dances that they havnt already seen not the same dances every single time and Sophias dance stood out to the judges more then Chloe's. In fact Chloe's was boring not sophias.
