    నా వయసు 40 నేను గత 10 ఏళ్ళలో 10 కిలోలు 2 సార్లు తగ్గి పెరిగాను. మీరు చెప్పినట్టే అయ్యాయి.వెయిట్ లాస్ మెల్లగా చేయాలి అని ఎంతో మంది చెప్పారు. వందల వీడియోలు చూసాను. మంతెన నుండి మాచినేని దాకా fit tuber నుండి రాందేవ్ బాబా దాకా అందరివీ చూసాను. కానీ మీలా చెప్పిన వాళ్ళని నేను చూడలేదు. మీరు చాలా మంచి భాషలో ఓపికగా ఎలా మనం బ్రతకాలి అనేది చెప్పారు. మూడు తప్పులు ఆహారం, నిద్ర , వ్యాయామం వీటిలో క్రమశిక్షణ లేనివాడు ఇక అంతే ... జ్ఞానోదయం అయినట్టు అర్థమయ్యింది .. ధన్యవాదాలు.

    One of the best podcasts which discuss about practicality. As Vineesha mam said strength training is important for everyone. Its mainly for Sarcopenia wherein there is muscle loss with age. Also muscle is an reversible organ so strength training is important with balanced meals with high protein. Yoga is good for nervous system but not muscle building which can be done after strength training. Advanced yoga targets muscles but it takes long timeto master.

    My uncle 68 year old, has no habit of smoking, drinking but diabetic from past 10 years
    No exposure to much of the emf or mobile radiation as they live in village.
    Doesn't eat out side.nO trans fats,no junk food , no deep fried items
    not much responsibilities as there are no children got neuro endocrine tumor, couldn't remove with surgery because it is between heart and lungs.
    What is the cause?
    What should we avoid or learn from this situation.
    What is the cause??
    No body is answering.
    He walks for atleast an hour in a day always active
    But drinks coffee in the morning and tea in the evening everyday with out missing
    Is drinking coffee and tea only reason???
    Still the reason is not known
    It would be helpful if some awareness comes on this increasing tumors
