Nice job. Even the mistake came out in your favor. Looks like good weathering to me. Cheers from eastern TN

Thanks for this. I just purchased a N scale Walthers Trackside Structure Set. It has a similar tower (with stairs), a Speeder Shed with a speeder and a Shanty with two crossing gates. If mine turns out half as well as yours has, I'll be pleased. I like your stair fix. I hope I don't run into anything that I can't fix. Your layout looks really nice.

Thanks Danny! Yeah the stair issue was a bit of a surprise, but luckily they had lots of little extra bits of plastic to cover it. That N scale kit sounds neat, I’m sure it will come out primo! Thanks for watching and commenting! 👍🏼

Nice work. I also bought this model, except it is based on a stucco structure. On this one, the stairs don't come out like that; they are attached along a long side.

Nice build. Thanks for the tutorial. That weathering was a happy little accident. It looks good.

Thank you very much! I was perusing your channel late last night and enjoying your awesome layout, great work! I took your advice and got the green and red metallic paints for my power pole insulators. My hobby shop only had Testers enamel in those colors, but it looks really good! Thanks for that tip! I will be highlighting that in my next update.

Appreciate your explanation and sharing the process. Your explanation of the window orientation and how you fixed the gap on the stairs was quite helpful.

Dan, I don't know if I missed it, but are you going to put any lighting in/around the Tower? Just wondering as I've got two of these kits to build ('some day') and I think I want to do do lights but can't make up my mind.
The touch-up 'accident' was pretty cool. Funny thing is, you couldn't do that again if you tried! But it really turned out nice. Cool build!

Hi Thom, thanks for watching. Yes a few weeks later I did a lighting video. I used the Woodland Scenics Just Plug Lighting which I find is the easiest to install and use. Thanks again for watching, good luck with your builds. It’s a fun kit.
