    You guys are a beautiful couple. I enjoy how you respect each other and how you constantly speak to each other by looking/facing each other...that is beautiful.

    It is so wonderful to hear you all refer to the Most High as YAHUAH. I know this video is about land purchase but as a fellow believer, it's what caused me to continue to watch all of your videos. Most people do not know Him by that name. And I believe because you are not ashamed to acknowledge Him by His true name, it's why you're so blessed. In saying that, I plan to come to Ghana soon and hope that I can fellowship with you all. I definitely plan to ask for your help in acquiring land and building. Just wanted to say thank you for these wonderful videos and all of the information that you provide.

    Not a lot of comment here. Must be a touchy subject. I heard on a different channel where the land owner paid off the Land guards and a week later a second group of Land guards showed up! To tell you the truth I am fully capalble of guarding my own land with Mr. Colt.

    land guards are not from the assembly, they even offer receipts lol so they don't disturb the workers anymore

    • @kingstal90
      @kingstal90  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your comment, much appreciated.
      However, not sure what you mean?
      Absolutely Land Guards are not from the assembly.
      We never said they were.
      In terms of offering receipts and not disturbing workers anymore - this is not the case for all lands. For some yes, I agree the disturbance is minimal, but for others it is not.
      Our neighbours for instance had a significant headache with Land Guards.

    I have a question. Should you get a transfer of title if land is bought from a king?

    • @kingstal90

  • @junity1

    You have to pay 6.5% of land value to the Lands commission ? Also, how much is the Lawyer's cost ? Thank you.

    • @kingstal90
      @kingstal90  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What lawyer? - We didn't need one. Its a choice to employ a lawyer or not depending on how comfortable you are reading legal contracts.

  • @junity1
    @junity1 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I don't get it. The land was legally owned and Land guards show up demanding money ? For what? Thank you.

    • @kingstal90
      @kingstal90  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's Ghana for you. As we said it is NOT legal, but you can only stop them by giving them a handout.. Local Uncontrolled Mafia

    Land guards, what????🙄🙄 In Southern Africa if u decide to land guard someone's property u will land guard for life with nothing in return and get arrested because it is illegal and no one dares to even guard someone's land.

    I don't agree that Africa is the next big thing. We still think white people are better than us. This mindset is holding us back. God Bless.

      That is why we are the next big thing because we do not yet know our greatness. When we realise that we are indeed great, we would rule the world.
