We cannot provide any kind of login hours using the role hierarchy, the reason is role hierarchy is mostly used for providr record level access and not the object level access, hence login hours cannot be provided by the role hierarchy!

As per my understanding there is no use permission set for delete access of account then why do we want to give delete permission on account object.
