I watch, listen & read everything I can from Heather! I have been reading her "Letters from an American" from the first. I love how she ties today into the history of these United States.

So brilliant. When Heather mentioned “forgetful Burlosconi voters, it reminded me of Nixon voters who suffered a similar delusion.

Thanks so much Heather for clarifying how to step forward in life post Election regardless of what change comes! It is easy to fall into fear, but it is hard to clarity how to step forward into inner peace.

I first learned of Heather from Jill Biden, when she sent an email out to all supporters after the State of the Union address. I’ve been a devoted listener to her Letter from an A Rican podcast ever since. I specially like the historical context she frames each political event of the day in.

Because I have dealt with anxiety and depression my whole life (I’m 72) I learned that curiosity is the way to move through it, not just curiosity about what might be next, but to deepen that curiosity to the current moment. For those of us who have trauma history, it is important to notice what is working today, what is valuable today, and bring that knowledge forward.

Coming from Montgomery County (near Valley Forge), PA. Honestly, I think so many of us are a little nervous to speak about who we will vote for, because of the aggressiveness of the Maga. I believe that there will be so many people who are quiet will vote for Harris, and we will win.

Thank you so much for the reminder to "just do the next right thing." SOMETHING someone like me can do. Part of a resistance is to fill your world with joy. It doesn't matter how small your world becomes... find reality, use your love, exercise your skills,
Your resistance is a muscle - there are plans ready. Fill your pantry, your bookshelves, prepare as you would for any disaster. "Democracy is a muscle... we need to keep using it. Also, there ARE many quiet people ready, prepared for defending our democracy... it might be hidden, people in their lanes will continue to move forward. "Feed your personal joy."

A charitable view of the "tech bros" being dismissed by a disdainful opinion, is that the death spiral of ecological destruction industries have to be interrupted, if not actually destroyed, ("creative destruction" can be interpreted as "catching a falling knife", less loss).
The recorded message of past events is the potential map of possible/probable choices by which to guide us to improve our quality of life.
The language of partisanship smears and divisive innuendo is not helpful, no matter who says it, almost.

21:56 you’re sounding like we haven’t lost saying journalism already. I have so much respect for you, but this is very disturbing.
That said we’re winning. They’re not going to. They’re going to misbehave we’re gonna be fine. But I am disappointed that you are so smart and confident are acting like we haven’t lost a lot of things already and that we are on a precipice which is where this whole coalition is come from in the first place. Dick Cheney and Bernie Sanders are not a natural couple.😬😂

One becomes bored with repeating the same information over and over, but when the Universe is basically a repeating rhythmic function, we have no alternative.
Life, as you should see the Universal Bio-logical information In-form-ation is continuously pulse-evolution differentiates here-now-forever of relative-timing ratio-rates in/of coherence-cohesion Perspective, (reincarnation in the old language), and the conception of a new aspect-version of humanity is obviously just another combination/permutation of RNA/DNA pulse-evolution that reiterates the memory associations of Act-ual embodiment, at the Eternity-now ever present beginning-ending nodal-vibrational holography-quantization chemistry etc here-now-forever.
All the labelling in relative-timing religious orientations are totally redundant if/when you know your QM-TIME Completeness Self. Disinformation is "evil" by default logic in a Mathematical moral sense-in-common.
