@@akingmovies2912 There are so many kinds of machines in this product industrial. I also have so many this kinds of machine. Hope we could learn together.
Cutting stainless sheets with no gloves! The guy shaping the bucket (5:00) is an artist. And no eye protection for the spot welder. These guys earn every penny.
Show this video to the Kardashians .... i think that a single glass of wine they drink it to a meal can easy cover payment for a week of work for those artisans.
Beautiful end product, very skilled and productive workers. Plenty of health and safety issues, as always in these videos, but this one not as hazardous as some. Hats off to these guys who work so hard.
Health and Safety Issues? well... that's THE Reason all western Companies let produce in those Countries: It saves costs! In those Countries the Material is the biggest expense, since there live way too much People there anyways. There will always be plenty enough of Workforce eagerly waiting to take over and earn some money after accidents/illnesses... At least where I live (Switzerland) Material is the least expensive. All the Health/Safety/Insurances and general Wages/Time off Requirements are so freakingly high that all the big Companies close down production one after another and let their Products be made in those Low-Cost Countries... There is hardly anything that gets the full 100% of Production here anymore. Even basic everyday Food is over 60% Import now...
ALL the workmen were very impressive as men and as artisans. The most impressive to me was the shaper with his hefty metal rod working the metal can into bucket shape on the spinning lathe.
I have provided the lubricant for the Aluminum bells found on restaurant roofs as an exhaust vent. Those are spun from a flat sheet of aluminum into intricate exhaust hats. I used to love watching them form the shapes with ease.
I read in many comments that the film shows artists ... There are several billion such "artists" around the world. They are formally free, without court sentences, and work like this for their entire short lives. Perhaps, some of them have a bicycle, or maybe even a motorcycle. But even if they worked like this for 500 years and ate nothing to save money, they worked like this for 500 years and ate nothing to save money, they will never live in such luxuries as Ghislaine Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years in "prison."
Backbreaking work…. Hard to believe that products are still being made this way when there is so much modern technology it does it 10 times faster with less effort
When you get a raise , you can get yourself a new pair of sandles. I could think of so many ways to make this operation so much more efficient! Just having the scrap go into a barrel so they don't have to bend over and pick it up! Fun to watch but they are still in the 1890's as far as efficient productivity.
These guys are craftsmen, not anyone can do that. But the lack of protection for them in their jobs is utterly disgraceful from their bosses. It seems the bosses are just interested in money and no interest in their workers well-being.
When you pick up that new shiny stainless pail now you know why it was so cheap. If you are really worried about worker safety then pony up for the expensive pails. If you can find one.
The majority of "Made in America" products come from captive labor in our prisons... (While I think work and good skills programs make complete sense and do show improved release outcomes, our profit-oriented implementation is often...not ideal.)
Well I don't think the formed shape from the press was immediately transferred to the Spin Form Lathe 🤔. Another step in the process was not recorded for our visual edification. However, I get the general idea of how the buckets are made. Just need some missing clips from the Edit Room Floor.

This is the cleanest work area I've seen in these videos.
Cutting stainless sheets with no gloves! The guy shaping the bucket (5:00) is an artist. And no eye protection for the spot welder. These guys earn every penny.
I bet it's even less then a penny they get
Show this video to the Kardashians .... i think that a single glass of wine they drink it to a meal can easy cover payment for a week of work for those artisans.
Your father did that until people started suing everyone!
Penny is the right word! They can hardly compete with such antiquated production methods.
Beautiful end product, very skilled and productive workers. Plenty of health and safety issues, as always in these videos, but this one not as hazardous as some.

Safety issues , such as ?

I enjoy seeing a skilled craftsman, not just a guy who runs a machine. Respect.
Very good video.😀😀😀

Amazing process
5:18 good job!!!
@4:19 Loose, long sleeved shirts and industrial lathes do not go together.
Any loose clothes and lathes are disastrous
It’s also good to get your fingers in there really deep!😳
That’s a beautiful bucket!

To be serious, i could watch these craftsmen and i would never appreciate them enough.
Good workers best product👍👍🌻🌻❤❤☺🌺✌💐
hi there well done john
Relly very nice and very gode man
The amount of safety issues is simply astounding.
I would like to try this. I have worked with metal my whole life, but have never had the chance to shape something on a lathe using this method.
This method is sometimes referred to as "metal spinning". Search that on the Tube and see some amazing stuff.

Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up

Lot of scope to make the operations fast, safe and productive. No gloves, no face masks.>

Creative video, thanks :)
Thanks for watching
Ruski
Beautiful display of skills... but I am sure the guy on the lathe or the polisher are seriously underpaid given the great quality of their work...
Sad to find the insidious danger facing these skillful workers in the absence of machine guards and masks.
Impressive. Lets see Paul Allen's bucket.
I did a job like this at 15 cutting copper with snips. Wearing the exact same PPE!!
Bom dia amigo!! bom trabalho!!!👍😘👐
You are great artist not simle worker!
Putting your fingers in the lathe spinning at high rpms seems really safe!😳
Excelente amigo 👏👍
Thanks for watching
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Very little wastage from the original cutting out of the disc’s. That will make the boss happy!
They get $1 a day we pay $X to buy them
To cut stainless so easy with hand scissors..what's that?0.1 mm sheet?
Nice
Very useful Post 👍👍👍but that last designing line making is missing
Un super basó para gigantes,😎🤣🤣
Perfekt.
Elon Musk will need these talents for the mass production of the ships that will take us to Mars when the third world war begins.

This isn’t the work of craftsman dude
Just skilled labourers
When you pick up that new shiny stainless pail now you know why it was so cheap. If you are really worried about worker safety then pony up for the expensive pails. If you can find one.
Imagine how much more that bucket would cost in Wally World if it was "Made In America" by workers with real shoes.
They have safety sandals.
The majority of "Made in America" products come from captive labor in our prisons... (While I think work and good skills programs make complete sense and do show improved release outcomes, our profit-oriented implementation is often...not ideal.)
These people work without protection, without gloves, without safety shoes, without glasses...
Really hardwork but they should be provided sufficient mask for lung protection, otherwise very efficient and skilled craftsmen 👌🙂
Someone send those men a boxful of new sandals! Holy Moly.
Welcome to the Blood Sweat And Tears bucket factory.
Mantap jempol kanan
M.Tayyab 👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is how it was made in Europe a hundred years ago. Those workers work like slaves. In a dirty and dangerous way on dangerous machines.
حلو
Poor guys have to work in such stinky, smokey air. I'll their lungs aren't too pretty after a few years of this kind of labor.
Lift with the back not the knees
