That was great, thanks Lon! Learning so much from you and appreciate the time and effort you put into these videos. You over-deliver with this content for free!
Hi, I have a few questions: - What strategy are you following to test new creatives and move them to a scaling campaign? I see a lot of marketers are having a separate ABO that they use for testing. Do you think this is a good approach? Some people said it is best to duplicate your best-performing setting and replace creatives. That way you are testing and scaling at the same time. For example - the best performing campaign is $100/day broad, which has 5 image ads. So you just basically duplicate it, leave everything the same, and just replace these 5 images with new ads. - Second question, are you actually currently getting $15 CPM? I advertise in the UK, and the best I get is $30. I assume countries like the USA would be even more expensive.
I have videos regarding my ad strategy, testing, scaling, and optimisation phases. Please watch those videos as they answer your questions but at the end of the day, it's all about testing what works for yourself. You can see my CPMs, CPCs, etc in my other videos. I get around £4cpms.
Hello, would you recommend testing interests if I am targeting one European country? I have launched interest testing campaign to top 5 countries and I’ve had decent results. I see most of the sales are coming from the UK, and I want to allocate most of the budget there. However, I am a bit overwhelmed if I should do broad or interests, as everyone is saying broad. Many thanks.
Please watch my Facebook Ad related videos. If you watch the more recent ones from start to end I explain why you shouldn't blindly listen to these gurus who say "go full broad". I can't rmb which videos so you may have to go through them one by one but I'm sure you'll find value in almost all my videos.
I heard a dropshipping 'guru' say not to source product photos from aliexpress but instead get them from alibaba due to copyright. What's your opinion on this? really informational video btw!
Hey Lon, quick qn, for your 1-1 mentorship, are we only allowed to connect with you via discord? Is there other way we can connect with you e.g. through whatsapp if we are on a monthly 1-1 program? Also, is there any criteria to join the 1-1 mentorship? E.g. do we already need to be making 4-5 figure a month etc? Thanks
All my calls and conversions are on Discord as I like to keep all conversations in one place. Prefer not to mix my personal chats with business chats. Hope you understand. No criteria but it would be good to have a store set up, if not then at least have a few niches and products that you want to start selling.
So for the tracking, customers will see that it's shipped from China through the tracking number. Does that increase the return percentage? I already installed an App that if somebody puts their tracking number on my site they will not see that it's from china but if the customers pastes the tracking number elsewhere he will see it's from China.
I'm transparent with my customers so they know their order is being shipped from Asia. It's the only way possible to receive free shipping worldwide tbh.
Not really. Even if it's custom products, I trust my suppliers to not leak the products. Even if you have NDA I doubt you'll go to court with them when they're half way across the country.
Never really thought about this tbh. Have you optimised your funnel completely? You can try changing offers every week to see if it affects conversion rates.
Good evening, I live in Africa, precisely in the Ivory Coast, and I started droshipping 8 months ago. I don't have a budget, so I do odd jobs in order to have a budget, and I also do various tests in order to boost my sales, and I use a translator because I don't speak English. So I'm writing to you to reserve a call. I'm waiting for your reply
Hey dude, if you're struggling with capital and budget I would probably avoid dropshipping due to payment holds and cost of ads. There are other business models out there that require less starting capital, time and skill.

Yeah you should probably stop listening to whoever told you that. I use AliExpress images and I haven't been banned in the past 4 years.

Do you sign or make an agreement before you start working with a producer?
Not really. Even if it's custom products, I trust my suppliers to not leak the products. Even if you have NDA I doubt you'll go to court with them when they're half way across the country.
how much money should i spend on testing one offer?
Never really thought about this tbh. Have you optimised your funnel completely? You can try changing offers every week to see if it affects conversion rates.
