32 oz. x3/ day. I at least do that for myself everyday. And I air fry. I’ve lost 20 lbs this year but I need to lose a lot more. I’m handicapped but I can walk with my walker a little and I have gotten lazy. Great advice. ❤
Yes it is. I need to start drinking more water and resting more at set times. I also don't eat alot and when I do eat it's not healthy. Need to begin to eat at regular times. Not whenever. 😅
